My vehicle has been with the repair facility for over weeks and I am unable to get a status update
On 10/I had my Honda Odyssey towed to Fox Collision following an accidentThey estimated 6-weeks for repairs
On 11/my insurance was told that repairs were coming along & that the estimated completion date was 12/
On 12/my insurance followed up again for an update & was told that it would be approx more weeks for repairs to be complete
On 12/my insurance followed up for an update & was told it was going to be a few more weeks, but they couldn't get any specific informationMy agent encouraged me to follow up directly
I called the shop and spoke to KatelynShe said that "something in the system must not be right" & that she'd have to talk to her manager & call me back
I never received a call back that day, & I grew concerned
On 12/morning I drove by FoxI found my van behind the building with probably in of snow on & around the vanPle

We purchased equipment from this company that was misrepresentedInformation regarding the fact that the equipment was water damaged and part of an insurance claim was deliberately withheld by the auction company even though we discovered later that this information was provided by the owner

I think I have been overcharged by Ford Mazda dealership for things I think I didn't need
My problem began January when my car wouldn't startI took it to Ford on a Saturday and Cam the Service Advisor that was there told me it probably was battery which was under warranty but he didn't have a ford tech to removed it and to bring it back in MondayOn Monday I returned and was told by *** ***, that he would call when he found the problemthe next day he called and told me I needed new cables to the battery and an alternator which I stated okayThe total was $Two week later I had the same problem my car would not start, I took it back to Ford and the same Service Advisor this time he stated the problem was the rear wiper motor was draining the battery because the wiper didn't work so I said alright and had that replaced hoping that would be the endOn March my car wouldn't start again so I took it back and I stated this time I was not paying any more money
