I had rearranged my schedule times to meet with Jay and he cancelled or did not come when he stated he would three timesI offered to meet at the house during my lunch hours but was told that was not acceptableThere have been and are craftsmen working on the unfinished homes on my block on Saturdays and Sundays but I've been told that their craftsmen only work Monday through FridayI was told that the warranty work would be completed during the week between closing and when I began a new job so that I would not need to leave work because I had no leave built up as it was a new position with DoD, but the company never completed the workI have voicemail recordings and email replies stating that the repairs would be made at certain times, but those repairs were never completedI need repairs completed as soon as possible during a time that I can be at the house, which would be Saturday or Sunday and for workmen to show up as scheduled so that I am not constantly rescheduling other appointmentsThe repairs were not necessitated due to any fault of mine, the company's workers made the errors and the company needs to make warranty repairs when I can be thereAs a doctor in a new position, my 8AM-4PM hours are already booked with patients from Monday through Friday
The state of the reply to my complaint speaks volumes regarding the attitude of this companyThe reply was scribbled on a piece of unlined paperThere are scribbled out letters, the writing is not level but runs up the pageIt is not typed or on company letterheadThis lack of regard for its customers as well as hap-hazard reply with no suggestions to come to a win-win situation or actually address the problem only supports their unprofessional and uncaring approach to satisfying their home buyersI am willing to give up a weekend day off to be there for these repairs if lunch hours won't workWhat is Fox Home Builders willing to do?

100's of power poles blown down and power outages for days. There was major roof damage to homes and businesses. This is not a warrantable item. We requested the homeowner please call their home owner's Insurance Company as soon as possible before they had any additional damage. The homeowner's response at that time was that they could not afford to pay a deductible. Fox Home Builders offers a warranty for one full year on all our homes from the date of closing or move in date whichever is earliest. Miss [redacted]'s closing date was 5/30/13 and her one year warranty expired on 5/30/14. All of her listed complaints were presented to us after the warranty had expired.

My name is [redacted] I am the warranty person for Fox Homes. 1.     I cancelled 1 time not 3 2.     My schedule is Mon —Fri 7 am -4:30pm. We do warranty between 9 and 4. I do not work Sat or Sunday. 3.     I asked Mrs [redacted] if she could meet me at lunch and her reply was no. 4.     We also did complete some of the repairs. Regards [redacted]

working with Fox Homes in Corpus Christi, TX was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I do not say that lightly. The representatives and licensed real estate agents (whom also represent Fox Homes) harassed me, my client and their family. Fox Homes cared only about their "cut" of the deal and had no interest in what was best for the home buyer. They went above and beyond unethical.

The texas windstorm has denied to cover damages, stating that this has been a structural issue by the builder not an issue caused by wind, storm, or hail. They took photographs as well of the roof showing the "attempted work" done by FOX HOMES to fix this problem when it was brought to their attention in 2014.
