Review: [redacted] was paid IN FULL to complete our pool concrete and water fixtures in which the pool company did not completeThey started the water fixtures last fall and then when the spring of came, [redacted] stated they weren't hired to finish the water fixtures and that we as the customer didn't pay for thatI, [redacted], completed the water fixtures myself and called [redacted] to finish the concrete job (we are now in June of 2014)[redacted] stated they were waiting on me all this time to finish the water features so they could pour cement and now they are backed up with work (even though they were paid in full they still could not make us a priority)[redacted] did finally come and pour the cement at the end of June and the job was absolutely horribleThere are footprints in the concrete, Rocks pushing up through, the drain they were supposed to put in is completely buried, the water features were completely covered in concrete and had to be cleaned off (they were never properly covered), no rebar was put under the concrete, some of the decorative stones around the pool are covered in concrete and ruined, the concrete truck ran up over our existing patio and ruined a whole row of the landscape stones (not to mention there is dried concrete all over them), the surface of the concrete itself shows broommark and stones (it is not smooth anywhere at all)Nobody can walk on the concrete without shoes because it hurts your feetJust stating all that is wrong with it does not do it justice you really would need to see a pictureThere are loose Stones everywhere and the stones and concrete can be brushed awayThe decorative stones on the pool itself has mortar in between that is cracked and falling away into my pool[redacted] did the stone work around the pool and did not even finish the coping stones near the pool entrance[redacted] destroyed the pool, the coping around the pool, the water features, and our existing patioWhere is the integrity in their work?Desired Settlement: We would like a full refundWe highly overpaid for "decorative" concrete and completion of our water fixturesWe realize we paid a lot of money for the service of [redacted] but we were under the impression they did quality work and would complete the remainder of our poolWe do not want [redacted] to return to our property to "fix" anything as their work ethic and integrity are horrible[redacted] did not keep their word and we want a full refund of $36,

I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,

Review: I had my patio refinished by [redacted] in July 2013. The product is advertised on their web page as follows: "THIS GREAT PRODUCT IS NOT AFFECTED BY EXTREME HEAT OR FREEZING TEMPERATURES." During the winter, the product cracked in about 6 places.I have tried calling their customer service number since mid April to make an appointment to have a rep look at the cracks and discuss getting them repaired. There is never anyone in the office, all you get is an answering machine and no one returns your call.Desired Settlement: Would like to have someone from the company call me to schedule an appointment to examine the cracks and hopefully get it repaired.

Subject: Re: [redacted]

To: [redacted],

Review: In October of 2013, we signed a contract with [redacted] to have our concrete finished with stain and a design. The area around our pool and the front sidewalk were to be completed. By contract, the work was never completed and the area around the pool all needs to be redone due to fading, chipping, and unfinished areas. There is a 10 year warranty on all the work. The business informed us that they would be here in the spring to complete the work that was never done and to complete the work for the warranty. I have made numerous calls to the company and continue to make numerous calls, most of which have gone unanswered. Those calls that were returned, were just filled with promises to get it completed and it never happened. It has been 10 months since this work was started and it is very mediocre work to say the least. I have several pictures of the incomplete work as well as the horrible "finished" work.Desired Settlement: We would one, like the work completed with a warranty extension of the year that it has been since it was first started. And secondly, we would like a partial refund for the aggravation and stress that this has caused. We spent almost $15,000.00 on this project and still have nothing to show for it but a complete eye sore.
