2015 QX50 still under warranty and service department refuses to fix the situation. I was told to file a claim with insurance but insurance says warranty should cover and meanwhile vehicle still not fixed. Extremely bad customer service. I have never had these type issues before and I would never buy Infiniti again or recommend Fox Auto Team. For being a luxury vehicle company they sure don't act like it.
