I am writing concerning the complaint from *** regarding her daughter's wedding I had spoke with her that evening after she left a voice mailShe did explain the
issues to me and we agreed on a $refundShe also thanked me for getting back with her so quickly
When I got the complaint from Revdex.com I couldn't believe all the issues she hadI was the driver that day and there was no addresses given up front for destination so I had to play it by earMy dress attire was a short sleeve shirt tie and dress slacks, I am sorry if she didn;t think that was proper
I did no tell her *** that I was the driver that day and will use this complaint to better my business in the futureThanks."

Please see the attached response provided by the business: "I am writing regarding the complaint about the AC not working in the limo when vehicle left that morning the limo was blowing cold air. I always check vehicle before they leave (Ac, oil lights, etc). That morning my driver did call and...

mention that air wasn't blowing as cold as it was earlier and customer was asking about it. I did not get a call back from the driver or anyone else in the bridal party that day.when I did speak with [redacted] we agreed on a $200.00 refund for the inconvenience of the limo not blowing cold air. I apologized to her several times as well. It was hot that day and I would have never sent a vehicle without air not working.About 4 or 5 days went by [redacted] called to find out why she hasn't received her $ refund yet. I told her I accidentally forgot to put it in the mailbox. I have been very very busy with the up keeps of the limo she began to get very nasty with me on the phone saying she didn't believe me or my driver and that she wants a full refund now.She also said she was going to tell everyone how bad my business is (wow!) She says my driver lied to her, never once the vehicle was blowing cold when it left out that morning and never once did I offer a free limo ride after threatening my company like that.I do understand that it was very hot that day. I would have never sent a vehicle out without AC that day. I would have cancelled first. I've been in the industry long enough to know that AC is a necessity in the hot summer months. Customer safety is always #1 concern as well."

Make that a Cashiers check for $210 to cover the bounced check fee from my bank.
