Dear Sir/Ma'am,this letter is a response to the above Revdex.com complaint referenced above. We are B2B business specializing in liquidation of high end merchandise from department stores, manufacturers and distributors. We sell wholesale and majority of merchandise is shipped using Freight. Client placed a...
wholesale order online and was invoiced with payment due date of 2/29/2016. However, the payment was received 3 business days late on 3/2/2016.Based on our terms, which all clients agree to when creating an account; we typically process and ship orders 5-10 business days from the receipt of payment. Orders are loaded to on a trailer and Freight Company is called in for pickup. Customer's order was loaded on [redacted] ([redacted].com) trailer with pro/tracking #[redacted]-1 on 3/15/2016, 9 business days from the payment date. Tracking number was provided to the customer. Note: tracking is not available until freight picked up the trailer and shipments are scanned at a local terminal. We explained that tracking will not be available until order is picked up and Scanned. Client demanded that we pull his order from a closed [redacted] trailer and ship using [redacted] ground the same day. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pull a pallet out a closed trailer and his order is over the weight limit for [redacted] ground shipping. Order is on a pallet which [redacted] ground does not handle. Freight Company [redacted] pick up the trailer on 3/21/2016 and tracking was not available online until this date. Throughout the process We explained the situation and updated client daily.Resolution: We discussed this complaint with client and in good faith offered to credit 50% of the shipping cost or $135.14 towards next purchase if complaint is withdrawn. Client agreed to immediately withdraw his complaint.Thank you and have a wonderful day,Paul F.VP of Sales
