Considering that I've been trying to get this issue fixed for several months, no return phone calls or results, this is not good customer service I paid over $5,for both an inside and outside air conditioning unit that doesn't work except for heat As for the "alleged dog attack from a pit bull"...we still have seen no proof of said attack, it's only his word Also, he was not in my home, and not a pit bull The said dog in question, is a lab mix mutt, doesn't look anything like a pit, and it wasn't mine The dog has been sitting in quarantine since last Thursday I haven't heard anything from the company since last Wednesday This should have been taken care of the 2nd time they had to come out last year

We used no old partsSystem is new

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is the best I can hope for. It should not have taken the intervention of the Revdex.com to get me this refund. Additionally, we paid Fox Mechanical in cashThe refund from Fox should have been cash or check for the price they charged meI should not be getting a credit memo from *** for the price that Fox paid ***.At this point, I consider the matter closed. There is no need for further communication.

Fox Mechanical Co. did not provide a warranty on the tank installation. The warranty provided was a manufacturer's warranty on the appliance (Well Tank.)Fox has assisted the homeowner with the manufacturer's warranty on the well tank, by picking up the defective item from the homeowner, locating the...

original purchase receipt for the tank, and then returning the tank to the original supplier for reimbursement.  As soon as we receive that reimbursement, we will forward that payment to the homeowner immediately.We apologize for any confusion that may have occurred.

I have attached the original receipt from when Fox put in the well tank.  The receipt says 5 year warranty.  It does not say 5 year warranty by the manufacturer.When Fox picked up the tank, there was absolutely nothing on it saying who made it.  The plumber that removed it, said that since there were no markings on it there was a good chance that it was a second hand tank.  Not the new tank we thought we were purchasing.Regardless of the argument over who made the tank, the tank was picked up by Fox over a month ago.  It does not take that long to process a return and send me a check or a letter.I gave up trying to contact Fox Mechanical after a couple weeks of trying to contact Andy after the tank was picked up.  That was why we made the complaint to the Revdex.com.

Customer complaining that system doesn't work. We have been to the work place and even put on a nest thermostat she bought. The unit is working and heating properly. We have tried to go back out to check again but she refuses to allow my technician to check it. She has even sent us pictures of the...

temperature increasing in the house like it should. We put in a new unit and put on new plynums. I have even told her that I need to schedule an appointment for an inspector to see the job to get inspected but she will not let them. We have done our job.
