We have provided the client with a comprehensive settlement offer for the damages and information they have made mention to in this complaint which they deniedThe client was not honest with their item list which resulted in the move taking longer than originally anticipatedThe client also needed many items ]wrapped yet did not want to pay for the packing/wrapping serviceThough we have provided the client with an offer in accordance with the liability coverage included with their moving expense, they still believe they are entitled to more for the pieces/issuesThe client had the option to purchase full-coverage, replacement insurnace for their move and they chose not toWe are unable to provide a higher settlement amount, the settlement amount previously provided was based on the issues mentioned and the basic liability coverage the client purchasedWe strongly suggest that the client fully understand any contract they sign before signing it If the client was confused about what services were being rendered then he should have requested more information before the services were renderedThe reservation he electronically signed clearly explains the claims process, liability coverage, and even where to purchase additional coverageAt this time our original offer still stands but no additional offer will be provided at this time -Fox Movers Inc

This claim is still being processed; the move took place on 3/4/The claims team has up to days to provide an offer/settlementSometimes it does not take that long and sometimes it doesThis information was provided to the customer on the claims form they filled outBecause we were unable to locate the legs we requested information about a like item on-line so we could look into replacing the lost piecesReplacement insurance was not purchased by the client, therefore the replacement value they have assessed is not valid nor can it be validated at this timeThe only insurance included with their moving expense was $per pound per articleWe can rush the claim but this would result in the client only receiving $per pound per article for seemingly light weight items rather than us attempting to replace themWe would like the customer to tell us which option they would prefer so we can assess that requestAt this time we are denying the request to 'refund' the client $for the two items claimed as they were only valued at no more than $per pound per article at pounds together, which equates to $ -Fox Movers Inc

This client didn't contact us to confirm any missing items until months after her move (over days)Once she informed us we launched an investigation to locate her missing drill and reopened her file though by contract all claims were to be submitted within days from the moveThe customer
never mentioned anything about moving issues excluding the men having to use her drill (power tools are not included with the service) If required we can provide a copy of the claims form she filled out validating thatThe complaint the client had was with her missing power toolShe agreed to a settlement amount, the first check issued never made it to her, then another check was issued early last weekWe also have a copy of her settlement agreement as well. In light of this complaint, we will have to putting a hold on her settlement check until this is resolvedShe was aware we had to reissue the check and we are unsure of why she is attempting to seek compensation through the Revdex.com when we are the only party that can provide a discount, settlement, or refund. -Fox Movers Inc. ***@gmail.com

I am rejecting this response because:this was not a matter of anything but negligent and poor work that resulted in damage of my things I was honest and shared every single thing including the boxes and to insinuate that I lied is basically unprofessional of Fox movers I was never offered any such insurance and was basically railroaded into signing a documentTheir offer of would not cover the scratches to the *** chairs I stand by the fact that Ms*** low balled the estimate and should have come my home to see what was being moved like professionals movers do She only got me to book Fox because she made me believe her and if anyone was deceitful it was her She has skirted around my mention of farming workers who did not wrap a lot of the things including the *** glass for the dollar table To say her employees were slow is being nice There were people helping them and they did a horrible of loading the truck and were very slow and talked the whole time They could not figure out what they were doing and were conferring all the time, as sign of incompetence when they should know what to do They were negligent period and no matter what should pay the consequences They tried to blackmail me with an offer of dollars but to her dismay that did not work To elude to my not knowing what to do or not do is simply ridiculous on their part I suggest they be honest and hire workers who will not throw things around like they are junk in a model home I still stand by the fact that they were extremely poor at what they do I had a company to compare them to I am only saddened by the fact that I fell for their deceitful way of doing business I am a business person myself and know fully well that this is about damage because they did not know what they were doing and deceit They unfortunately have more complaints against them on Yelp because they are a horrific excuse for a moving agency Lesson learned I was especially shocked at how Mr*** *** went from charming to rude and cold when she was faced with the facts right at the sight where the things were being moved She had amply time to come and see what I sent her pictures of: damaged property

their relation is to Wes. Either way, we have provided Wes with a settlement offer based on the liability included with his move. The customer contacted us about a week or two after his move took place claiming that he was missing 2 boxes. After a couple of days it turned into 3 boxes. Over the next week we attempted to locate the boxes but were unsuccessful. We contacted Wes to inform him about it and he became very agitated stating that the content of the box(s) was worth $1,625.00. I, Ruby [redacted], explained that the only coverage for claims included with his move was based on our standard liability which is $0.30 cents per pound per article. Based on 3 boxes the total weight was 105 pounds X $0.30 = $31.50. The client refused the offer and stated that he was going to contact the Revdex.com in order to get a better refund. As we cannot claim out higher than the liability included/purchased with the move we still have the same offer at this time. Please let us know if there is any additional information needed.

The only insurance included with their moving expense was $0.30 per pound per article. We can rush the claim but this would result in the client only receiving $0.30 per pound per article for seemingly light weight items rather than us attempting to replace them. We would like the customer to tell us which option they would prefer so we can assess that request. At this time we are denying the request to 'refund' the client $295.00 for the two items claimed as they were only valued at no more than $0.30 per pound per article at 210 pounds together, which equates to $63.00.  -Fox Movers Inc.

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting the said response and will just seek further legal action and also take things further on my own as this is not acceptable. A company should not be able to break loose or damage a customers property and leave the customer with no refund for damages.
