The moving crew was great. They were quick, efficient, but very careful. They were also very nice and personable. In general, we were very pleased and we did tip.

I want to say that this company is not professional to say the least. They promise that they would call you to confirm the move. The move was supposed to start at 9 am. Well they did not show up until that afternoon after I had to call and confirm whether they were moving me. They arrived and only had pads. Where is the wrap? There also was a big item on the truck. Which looked like a desk or something? At least have a clean truck when you are doing a professional moving job. It makes your owner and you look good .Well long story short after dealing with them back and forward. I decided not to deal with any more. The items that I had Fox to move to my storage unit. I discovered that some of the items that they moved were missing. They were small replaceable items. But they were mine. I even asked them if that was everything and they replied yes. I would never ever even considering using this company again. I did call to let them know. And I am waiting to hear back. With their history I don’t think that they care. I would rather replace the items myself. Think twice before considering this company.

Would think twice before using this company. We scheduled three movers, only two showed up. They broke an antique table and were very aware. Fox moving and storage initially denied the claim, then offered a settlement of $36.00 as a final offer. This is beyond ridiculous and simply bad business. We have another move coming up, and will gladly give our business to another company. We would choose any company other than Fox for your moving needs. Read the reviews, make your choice.

They were great! Would recommend this crew for anyone. Took care of all my items. Would use Fox again if needed.
