They are one of the most prompt company I have had. They do a very through job. I have not had issues with pest since I have had them doing the treatments. The Techs are very courteous and very informative.

Outstanding company and employees. Immediate responses and great and easy communications. Chris treats my house and does a complete and through job. Thank you Chris!

Very professional, friendly service technician and staff members, as well as prompt service and excellent communication.

The techs and customer service are outstanding. You receive an email to remind you that if it’s needed between service dates they will come back and make it right. The entire company’s philosophy is making the customer happy and it shows.

Great! The technician is effective and efficient, as well as friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all questions I had and let me know to call if I saw any pests in the next 90 days and she would be back out.

Fox Pest by far is much better than ***! Was very skeptic at first, especially when they charged first before every treatment. After filling out a survey, a few days later, gets a call from Michelle (?), who left a message on the answering machine, that my account is now set to auto charged after every treatment. All the technicians that I've met are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They've done a great job and I'm glad to switched from ***!

We will be entering our third year with FPC services.
The Technicians have all been professional, courteous, and informative.
Robbie has been our most frequent Tech and he always pays attention to needs from one visit to the next, including past issues.
We find the service thorough, effective and fairly priced.
The office has been accommodating to all of our requests.

While we have had solicitations by mail and even door to door, we find no reason to discontinue a good thing!

Professional, courteous, effective are best words to describe Fox Pest Control.

After the initial visit we cannot complain! Troy was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable! All questions were answered, any concerns addressed. Very professional and on time and we haven’t seen any pests since. The treatment was for wasps in the basement.

Fox Pest Control is a company that manages to hire excellent service providers who handle any pest issues you may have with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Awesome company very professional and helpful in every way. Excellent customer service

Robbie *** from Fox Pest Control is particularly efficient and knowledgeable.

I hired Fox Pest control to find out how mice were entering my home and close those entries. First, I think it is wrong that inorder for the company to come out you must first sign up for a year long service contract for bug spray, which is something I don't need. Second, on 3 of the 4 times technicians were at my home they did not have proper equipment ie: 2 with no flashlights, and 2 with no ladders. The qualifications of the technicians were very lacking as they seemed incompetent in knowledge about mice and how they could get into my home. And found no source of entry in any of the times they showed up and often blamed my homes location or neighbors. I hired another company and within their first visit they found multiple entry points in areas that Fox Pest said they expertly inspected and found nothing in. Communication with Fox Pest is next to impossible as emails go unanswered for weeks. I did supply Fox with pictures taken by the second company detailing the entry points and requested a refund with no answer for weeks. I hired them for a job that was not completed, nor was it done properly or with qualified technicians and proper equipment. I feel this is a breach of contract and require a refund of the money I have wasted on poor service that did not meet their own standards.

Fox Pest Control Response • Jul 12, 2019

Thank you for notifying us of this customer’s complaint. We regret that she was disappointed in her service and closed her account with us before we were able to fully resolve her pest issues. We began treating the customer’s home in March, and a second routine treatment was performed in April. At the beginning of June, the customer requested a follow up treatment for mice. This was performed on June 10th at no charge. The following day the customer emailed us to express her dissatisfaction with the treatment. We responded that day with an offer to send our Service Manager to her home to ensure that we were doing everything possible to resolve her issue. The customer replied in an email that “I don't believe having a fourth person come out is going to help” and believed we only offered the service “to save the face of your employer.” Despite her reluctance, the customer allowed our Service Manager to her home. The following is his report of his inspection:
“I spoke to the customer personally and provided an interior and exterior inspection. The customer lives in a town house and has properties on both sides of her house with connecting walls. When I provided the exterior inspection around her property I was able to clearly see a large gap on her neighbor's garage door. I explained to her that because she is sharing walls with multiple units it is difficult to pin point where the mice might be entering her home from. Her house itself appeared to be sealed properly with no noticeable gaps or holes leading from the outside. We did place an exterior bait station in the back of her house by the air conditioning unit. Upon inspection of the interior we found a gap behind the insulation and placed one of our interior bait stations by it. I also used my ladder to remove multiple strips of insulation in the basement to check for any more mice activity. I then went up to the attic and checked the bait packs that we had previously placed and found no activity in the attic. The attic itself was not accessible because it was blown in with insulation and there was no visible floor where I could step on to. Technicians had also previously placed multiple bait stations and snap traps in boxes around the perimeter of the area's we found dropping in in the basement and also the garage. We did catch a mouse in one of the snap traps in the garage. As for the pictures and video the customer sent, they appeared to be gaps that are on the interior walls leading from the other units. She claims that one of the gaps leads clearly outside, but from the video and pictures it is not clearly visible. The video she sent appeared to show a gap along the bottom of the siding, but it did not appear to go into the home.”
This inspection and treatment was performed on 6/17 at no charge. The following day the customer requested to cancel service.
We feel that our actions have been true to our service agreement with the customer. Unfortunately the customer appeared to have already made up her mind that our service was not going to work, even before the 4th treatment had been performed. Furthermore, she permitted no time for follow up treatments to be effective. In both cases, the customer contacted our office the day after treatment to allege it was not effective. We frequently encourage customers to allow 2 weeks for treatments to yield results.
We feel we were making worthwhile effort to deliver results for this customer, but she chose to cancel her service before this goal could be achieved. Nevertheless, in an effort to part ways on good terms, we waived the early termination fee that usually applies when a customer cancels their contract prematurely.
In this case, we do not feel a refund is warranted. The customer received four treatments and only paid for two. The customer also cancelled her service 8 months before her contract had been fulfilled but was not required to pay the early termination fee she had previously agreed to. If the Revdex.com feels we are in error in our decision, please let us know. We regret the customer's disappointment and hope that she finds satisfaction with her current service provider.

Sincerely,
Michael ***, Customer Satisfaction Manager

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: The information provded is not completely accurate and has been sckewed for their benefit. To clarify, after my third service appointment with yet a 3rd tech that did not have proper equipment ie he had no ladder, I did reach out about my dis satisfaction. I felt that without the proper equipment they were not fully inspecting the property. Second the snap trap was in the basement not garage and it was only one not multiple. The only time the tech went into my garage was on that final 4th visit. The pictures in question do show exterior holes with arrows pointing to the mouse trails leading into the EXTERIOR entry point into the home. The video shows gaps between the house and siding where more exterior entry points were found. The manager that came out on the 4th visit focused solely on my neighbor's garage and offered excuses not a commitment to come back and fix the issue or to resolve the problem. That is why I wrote the next day unhappy. Those no charge visits were part of the service contract that I was under and weren't provided out of courtesy or at the expense of the company. They did not provide the service at the standard they promoted to me. I understand that this is the type of shabby business Fox pest feels comfortable with so I reject their statement with full understanding we will not be coming to a satisfactory resolution for me. I understand that without litigation they will not refund me my money so I will have to be content with being a voice so that others will know how low the quality of service is and to avoid the business. Thank you Revdex.com for reaching out to them to try to hold them to good business values but since they won't I will stop things here.

Sincerely,

Anna

Brilliant Technicians....We love having Emilio treat our house.

Excellent service and communication. Highly recommended!

Company with tremendous values, who genuinely cares about their customers is the feeling I get. I feel as though they focus more on building relationships and not just all about the transaction. Great communication with willingness to help in any way to make us happy. I highly recommend Fox Pest Control to anyone.
