I bought a brand New $22,000 Motorcycle from them. 6 months later I am still trying to get pieces that were promised me in the original trade dealing. I have been lied to everytime I talk to anyone in authority. They cannot keep their word, and Every dealing I have had resulted in a lack of professionalism. They say that their goal is to make the customer have a great experience. Up until the purchase of this machine, for the last 12years, I have not had one complaint to them. Now since the purchase, I can't get anyone there to contact me for days, weeks, and even months at times.

I have a 10 page document that I have kept track of the situation with dates and times for each occurance. It was, howver, too large a file to put into this review. I am willing to send it to anyone who requests to read it.
