I would never sell another Neal homePlease do not bring your clients to Neal communities or purchase a Neal home
My clients got treated like garbage by Neal communitiesTheir salesperson was fired due to lying to my clients and one of their managers swore at me on several occasions
My clients were promised things that never happened as far as dates and products
After being treated like this Pat *** showed up at their design meeting and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situationHis answer was that they were lucky that he even showed up at the meetingPat *** had a chance to make it right with my clients and he fell short
I've sold countless homes for ***, ** *** *** and many other local builders and I've never been treated so poorly or had clients who were treated so poorly
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of anything with the name Neal on it

My husband and I built a Neal home and closed a little over a year agoWe were first time homebuyers in Florida and had come from out of stateAfter building with a competitor in North Carolina, I have to say the process with Neal was far less stressfulIf we had questions, they were answered quicklyEveryone was very friendly, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted, without paying an insane amount of moneyQuality of finishing work was good, and any issues that came up during our walkthrough were addressed immediatelyWe have utilized our warranty for a couple items throughout the year and everything was fixed in a timely manner without pushbackWe are looking forward to enjoying our home for years to comeI would highly recommend this builder
