Went for an oil change at Hoy Fox Toyota in El Paso for the first time on March, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAIT TIME (nearly hours waiting) I called a day ahead if I needed to make an appointment and the lady on the phone of Hoy Fox Toyota service dept said noWell, all the Toyota service departments in CA, WA or San Antonio, TX I had been before have Express Lube services and I never had to make appt for oil change, and the wait time was mostly about an hourThe excuses from the service advisor who helped me was because it's Friday, they have appointments on the day and the peak of spring break vacation I wouldn't accept any of the excuses! Also, this was the most expensive oil change I have ever paid for since owning my Toyota Camry $ Although what I paid for the service is not an issuse, the very long wait time, the lack of communication and follow through from the service advisor and the driver (who still left service tag and floor paper for me to remove) were what make me feel VERY DISSATISFIED and NOT VERY IMPRESSED as I drove away from Hoy Fox ToyotaI cannot give a very good grade for customer service at this place
They are horrible to work with. We worked out a deal my husband and I signed all the paper work and left a week later they called me saying I needed to sign something that they forgot. When I got there they said I needed an additional 2000 dollars down and went back on everything they said they were gonna do. Do not deal with these people we went to anther dealership and got the same van cheaper and with much better customer service these people well just [redacted] u around.
