We are very aware of phone calls please be aware window was a mistake by manufacturer that they disputed we at FVOD decided to go ahead purchase windows and frames that are in our possession If this is not withdrawn  100% from Revdex.com we will keep windows Thank You

[redacted]          Regarding [redacted]s response.[redacted] talked to him 1 x on the phone and left 2 messages over the past 8 months... I talked to [redacted] 4 x on the phone the past 8 months. Messages were left with no return call. My friend who talked to [redacted] in person was trying to help to resolve this issue..I would like the double pane windows that I bought and paid for installed.

We are very aware of glass issue our manufacture had sent wrong and have every intention on taking care of please be aware that customer has had so many other people other than herself  call so many [redacted]es and now people stopping in our office that it is to the point it is...

badgering and harassment!! these other people are not my customers  When this behavior stops this will be taken care of Also this statement will be retracted before any service is provided Thank You

[redacted]I ordered and paid for an insulated garage door with double pane windows. Single pane windows were installed.[redacted] was notified and stated he was trying to keep the cost down.He was reminded that I ordered and paid for double pane. He admits to this now but refuses to install the double pane windows I ordered and paid for. .I am elderly, widowed and now being bullied by [redacted], as evidenced by his response.I don't understand why this could not have been resolved.

Will never use Fox Valley over head doors again. If you have a problem your on your own. Not happy with his service at all, very rude

I ordered a door from Fox Valley Overhead doors from the Home Depot in Green Bay East (Bellevue). The staff at Home Depot was very helpful in ordering the door and helping me find what I was looking for. They told me the door would arrive in 2-21/2 weeks and be installed soon after. I called overhead door company after two weeks just to inquire about the offer. I was told to give my phone number because he did not have access to this information but would have the proper staff call me back. I did not receive a phone call back at all and had to call back the next day. When I called back the staff told me the door wasn't in yet and were condescending and rude. I didn't make a big deal about it and continued to wait. Home Depot Called me on 12/08/2015 and told me my door was in and that I should be hearing from Overhead Door company very soon and that if I did not by Friday I should call them (Home Depot) back. Friday came around 1:00pm and I didn't hear back from Fox Valley. I call Home Depot and they told me Fox Valley stated they spoke with me already and that my door would be installed the following Wednesday. Literally 5 minutes later the Fox Valley Overhead Door Company called me back and said my door is in and that it would be installed on Thursday. They told me they messed my name up with another family in Greenville with the same name which at the time seemed like a lie to me. I was not going to be home Thursday but made arrangements to be there anyway. They were supposed to be at my home at 8:00am and did not show up until around 10:00am. I left for work at noon and came home around 11:00pm. The door was installed but with the wrong glass panels. There was what appeared to be a knife mark on the inside of my door in the insulation. It looked like it happened from cutting the bands off of the panels. The windows were also scratched up too. I purchased a brand new door paying around $1150 and It looks like I got a used door that they had sitting in the inventory room for years. I do not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new overhead garage door. They are very unprofessional and the door we received seems to be very poor quality at this point. I would suggest paying a little more and going with a quality and friendly company instead.
