In response to the complaint #***; we were in agreement with *** *** that she would agree to pay the $3,provided we fix the gutters and caulk the gaps between the new roof and metal siding. This agreement was made back in the middle of December when my sales representative met with her and her husband and the property During this meeting my sales repproved paint colors to select the best color of paint for the siding scratches that would be painted in the Spring once the temperature was above 45. In December we did fix the gutters however, the winter weather has prevented us from calking the gaps and paint the scratched siding In January my sales repmet with *** *** and she refused to issue the partial payment that was agreed on in December. This is when we got our attorney involved It appears now that *** *** is requesting that we replace the metal siding vspaint the scratches on the metal siding It should be noted that *** *** has a history of not paying bills according to *** ** *** *** ***. The caulking is very minimal and has no bearing on the contract We have contacted our attorney to file a lien on the property We have been waiting for months and nothing has been paid towards the bill on this property We will be seeking full payment including interest and attorney fees

 I will pay this company when job is complete.  That is what my bill says and that is also what Sam told me to do.   If the job was done right the first time. they would have been paid already.

Review: I hired Fox Valley Roofing and Siding to put a roof on my rental property. They left the property without cleaning up a lot of debris, including several nails, that my son in law and his neighbor went around the house cleaning it up.. They took gutters off, and did not put back on. The siding is very dirty, because they did not protect it when taking the shingles off. There are some scratches in some spots of the siding. They didn't seal in several places. I feel they could have done a much better job. I will not pay until all work is complete. I spoke with the salesman on Tuesday, November 11th and he hung up on me. I was going to meet with him on Wednesday, November 12th, but I ended up in the hospital. I was unable to call him. By the time I got out of the hospital, I had a bill in the mail. I will not pay this bill until work is complete to my satisfaction. Also they have an extra charge on the bill for chimney flashing. It clearly states in my estimate that all flashing is included. Thats an extra $125.00 that I wont pay.Desired Settlement: I want either the job to be complete or I will find out how much it will cost to have these problems fixed. Including pressure washing the house, putting up gutters, fixing scratches on siding and sealing around porches.

*** and the people at Fox Valley Roofing and Siding helped me get a new roof to sell my house. I called on Monday and roofers completed the job on Friday. They were professional, considerate and cleaned up beautifully after the roof was done. I have already recommended them to others.

Terry has been absolutely phenomenal to work with he is always on time, always here when he says he will be and his workmanship is by far the best! Terry has always been upfront and honest with everything that needed to be done at the job site. I would recommend Terry to all my family and friends in a heartbeat! My home is beautifully re-sided thanks to Terry!
