This letter is in response to the notification of complaint we received dated November 24, 2015....

We are confused by Mrs. Jacob's complaint, as she contacted our offices prior to our receipt of your notification. At that time we notified her that she is contractually liable for the balances due on the account as she is an authorized User/Guarantor of [redacted]

By signing as Guarantor, Mrs. Jacobs agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the account, as well as the following, "I am an Authorized Officer of the Business with the authority to bind the Business to the terms of this Agreement. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement have been duly authorized. I understand that the Business and I are individually and jointly liable for paying charges on the Account according to the Terms and Conditions.
In reviewing the account's activity, Mrs. Jacobs actively utilized her card for the majority of the business' needs up to and after Mr. [redacted] passing ** April 11, 2015.
We understand the burden experienced with any loss and would encourage Mrs. [redacted] to contact our Collections Manager, [redacted] to discuss her payment options. [redacted] can be reached at 1.800.626.8010 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, CT. If arrangements to repay the debt are not met, our Collections area will escalate their efforts to collect all balances owed.

Ozark Mountain Bank is now [redacted] My complaint is correct. The bank is going by their paperwork as not facing their responsibilities as a problem with in the bank in Branson, MO. I ask anyone dealing with [redacted] read my complaint and DO NOT trust anything the bank give you and please DO get a CC from this affiliation. Please learn from my mistake, not your own.
