We did build a very small website for Shona and had it up and running on our servers for a year or so until we received a email from her on December 29, (see copy below) We took the website down as requested on January 2, and deleted the hosting account (website & email) as she did not want to pay for it past January 2, and we dont provide FREE hosting for people until they decide to go back in business She did not request a backup copy of the website and we figured she was closing her business In October of we upgraded all our servers to new cloud based servers When Shona called me a month or so ago I advised her about our server upgrades in Fall and unfortunately I dont have a backup of the small wordpress website from a year ago I did let her know I had a backup of all the supporting files (images, PDFs, logo, product pics used to create the website) all organized on DropBox and made sure she had access to those files on DropBox so her new web developer could put a site together Shona then sent emails to us saying we are impossible to work with, we stole her website, she wants her property back and that she was calling our customers to tell them Im rude and difficult to work with and I deleted her website without her knowledge or consent (see attached email dated Jan 13, 2018)Attached is a screen shot of all the files still available to Shona on Drop Box-------- Original Message -------- Subject: Pregnancy Test Supply From: Date: Thu, December 29, 9:am To: [redacted] Hi Gary,I would like to take Pregnancy Test Supply offline effective January 2, I no longer want email, hosting, updates, or maintenance of any kind done on itThanks,Shona WasniakSent from Mail for Windows 10================= Begin forwarded message:From:Shona Ladon Wasniak Subject:RE: Pregnancy Test SupplyDate:January 13, at 2:50:AM CSTTo: [redacted] No, you deleted my site! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]My site was HTML programmedSee attached invoice Regards, [redacted]

I personally provided a fully functional secure Ecommerce website to Shona which was up and running and taking orders securely online without any issues for a year until she asked us to shut it down Its funny she never called us with any problems until 2018, a year after she requested the site be shut down and then wanted a backup copy of the website so she could restart her business Shona is now lying and wasting everyones time Shona seems to be a vindictive person who is throwing a temper tantrum because I dont have a back up of her site due to new servers we purchased in fall of and the old server that possibly had a copy of her old site is no longer available This is the reason I have a contract which clearly states: "Governing Law This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of WisconsinThis Agreement contains the understanding of the parties to complete this project and may not be amended without the specific written consent of both parties Should a problem arise that needs to be brought in front of a judge the losing party will be responsible for any damages plus attorney costs." My wife and I would be happy to stand in a Wisconsin court of law and defend our work we provided to Shona Wasniak We might even get the money she owes us but I highly doubt it.When we get to court I will also provide a written statement from my server engineer & data center explaining the exact date of upgrade to cloud based servers and how the pregnancy test supply website was not transferred because it was not LIVE on our servers in October of but shut down as requested by Shona. Also your website was not programmed in HTML so how could you have problems with the HTML coding? Please explain? SEO - we optimized your pregnancy test kits you had on the site As I explained & recommended to you back when your site was live you should start blogging as you had a really small site with not much content and a really small budget With regards to those fake Yahoo Reviews that were posted back in 2011-we never had a client John T but we did fire a couple programmers who were working for us in and which probably explains those fake reviews Feel free to call any client on my website and ask them about us Alot of these clients have been with us for 10, 15, years now because we know what were doing and we provide a great website Bottom line is this had Shona contacted us before our new server upgrades in Oct 2017, I could have provided her a backup of the old site that apparently in her mind did not work or function properly but she really needs now in 2018???? Seems kinds suspicious Shona that you would want that old site that in your words " never functioned properly and had big issues with the HTML programming and coding and issues with the SEO and On numerous occasions, I was unable to receive customer orders and was unable to log in the administrator panel, and discovered zero website visibility" Who the hell would want a site like that?

We did build a very small website for Shona and had it up and running on our servers for a year or so until we received a email from her on December 29, 2016 (see copy below).   We took the website down as requested on January 2, 2017 and deleted the hosting account (website & email) as she did not want to pay for it past January 2, 2017 and we dont provide FREE hosting for people until they decide to go back in business.  She did not request a backup copy of the website and we figured she was closing her business.   In October of 2017 we upgraded all our servers to new cloud based servers.   When Shona called me a month or so ago I advised her about our server upgrades in Fall and unfortunately I dont have a backup of the small wordpress website from a year ago.    I did let her know I had a backup of all the supporting files (images, PDFs, logo, product pics used to create the website)  all organized on DropBox and made sure she had access to those files on DropBox so her new web developer could put a site together.  Shona then sent emails to us saying we are impossible to work with, we stole her website,  she wants her property back and that she was calling our customers to tell them Im rude and difficult to work with and I deleted her website without her knowledge or consent (see attached email dated Jan 13, 2018). Attached is a screen shot of all the files still available to Shona on Drop Box. -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Pregnancy Test Supply From: <[email protected]> Date: Thu, December 29, 2016 9:29 am To: [redacted] <[email protected]> Hi Gary,I would like to take Pregnancy Test Supply offline effective January 2, 2017.
