Customer purchase an Intex 15xFoot Swimming Pool from us on 05/22/Customer first contacted us for a Return Authorization number on the 29th of June which was at the end of our day return policyWe provided the email with the information on how to return the unwanted pool with the RMA
number includedSee attachment for emailWe received te pool back into our warehouse which stated the package had been refused for being unwanted and the postage from UPS was charged to our UPS account see attachment invoice from UPSAs you can see on our return policy the return package must come back postage pre-paid and this package did notSo when we refunded the customer we refunded her minus the shipping it cost to get back here and a refusal fee that UPS usually charges us when a customer refuses the packageCustomer contacted us demanding all her money back telling us UPS said they did not charge us to ship it back which in fact they didThey did not charge us the refusal fee so we did put that back on the customers card and only charge her for the shipping of the packages back to our warehousePlease let us know if you need any additional information.Thank you,FoxWebstores.com

Customer order this bed with us on May 8 and it arrived promptly on May 15th. Customer first contacted us on May 27th letting us know that the bed was losing air and she was having trouble with where the dial needed to be. We the sent instructions on how the dial work(see attachment Electric Pump)...

and how to inflate the bed properly and how to repair a leak if there was one. Customer emailed back and stated that the bed could not of been losing air as it was just opened and let us know we did not address her question about the dial and threaten to go to the Revdex.com. She also emailed within 10 minutes demanding a return shipping label. We responded letting her know that per our policy(see attached return policy) she was not eligable to return for a refund but she is within the 30 day warranty of the bed(see attachement warranty policy) and she could send the bed back for a warranty. Customer then emailed us letting us know she still did not comprehend how to work the dial so we gave her the manufactures number Intex at ###-###-#### if she needed more technical instructions on the pump. Here are the 2 final emails that were exchanged with the customer:I'm simply requesting instructions for locking the air into the bed, if that's too difficult for you, you should not be in business.  I don't believe the Revdex.com will look kindly on your failure & refusal to provide the information I have requested several times.Thank you[redacted], The air is "locked into the bed" as long as the control is set to inflate. The instructions indicate this. Intex is the manufacturer and would be more than happy to answer more questions about the bed if you do not feel like we are adequately addressing them.
