Review: I hired Fox Floors to install bamboo flooring in my home back in April. They didn't seem to have much experience with bamboo flooring and there were a few sloppy parts to the job (jagged edges, too large or too small of a gap for threshold molding, using incorrect molding types). However, the real problem is that they did not leave enough room for general bamboo expansion during humid summer days. As a result, my floor is now rising up in one area. I contacted [redacted] multiple times to fix this and he said that he would send someone. However, no one ever came. On the first occasion, he claimed that he did not have my address and that by the time I texted him back with the address that the workers had already left, even though I texted him 1 hour later and my address was emailed to him multiple times previously. On two second occasion that someone was supposed to show up, no one came and I called him and he said that he forgot about me and about sending someone out. He said to try him again the following week. I have tried contacting him several times since then but he is not answering his phone or returning emails. In the meantime, the rise in the floor is growing and the bamboo grooves are starting to break which means I will probably need to replace some planks. This service is terrible, especially given the fact that he advertises high quality and reliable work.

Review: I was extremely disappointed when I hired this company to refinish my hardwood floors. The job was never completed. The workers came into my property, sanded the floors, put a coat of sealer, and never came back. They did not do the 2 coats of poly, install the thresholds, nor fill in a gap that was to be repaired. I called them MULTIPLE times for THREE days. Not once did I receive a phone call back. I finally got in touch with someone when I called from a different phone number. He would not give his name, but his number is XXX-XXX-XXXX.At first the employee pretended to not know what hardwood floor job I was referring to. Then he was caught lying because I said to me "well, you paid us half the money and we did half of the job, so we are even." No, that does sot make us even. I was left with unfinished floors. Floors in an apartment that I had tenants moving into. I lost a month of rent because they were unable to move in to these unfinished floors. I also had to pay another company to finish the job.
