I found this buisness online end of dec with pivk uo and deliver.there have the advertising on there web page will call service average about $a month in cleaning service.I called and speak with *** and told her about this website and started with there service 01/09/2018.,free delivery and puck upIn febi see on the invoice all the time charges of $17.71.I called on 02/07/ and talk with the billing dept.and explain about fox website and she said ...I dont know about this website and say the owner have to call you back and never did.On my last load in feb I picked it up myself and ask for a bill statement the counter person wrote down my e mail and phone nr .I never received a bill or atatement month later on the 06/03/there charging me $88.55.every time sense feb/i told them about there website advertising $
A monthEaven today I called and ask for a supervisor or manager I get excuses tresolve this issue sense feband

The customer is misunderstanding the offerThe offer is that we ask the average amount combined of dry cleaning/laundry be about $30.00. We do not charge for pick up or delivery

When I talked with sue the first time that I saw
there website and told her im on disability and cantmy laundry anymore and the website sayed We clean a variety of items shirts,pants dresses ect other household items,free pick up and free delivery,for about$a month.I called once and was there in there store and ask times for a statement I got no response and over month later there charged me with no statement $ .00.Now the owner changed the website with out the $A MONTH.THERE NOT HONEST and I made a picture on my phone where I have the proof it sayed $30.00A month.There just changed the website and took the monthly amount off.Im a honest person and there not and eaven take the $out of the website and never response to me.I never would use there service if there not advertise this amount.It is not a misunderstanding and there know

In response to the allegations of deceptive advertising on our website I would like to submit a response to these allegations.Please find individual invoices that were given to the customer's each time she used the service. On each invoice is a total of that invoiceThe prices on the invoice do not show any deceptions but are published plainly and each invoice shows consistency in prices per pound and charges.Also included is a price list showing the prices of all items and is available to anyone who asks.Upon reading the website the language the customer has copied and used as proof does not say "will cost", but indicates that the average customers will spend about $per month.Thank you for your time
