I am rejecting this response because: it is not trueFirst of all, no one ever came to our house to deliverSecond this is the first statement I have heard of them giving a time of delivery and third she has told vendors the story stating the customer gave
her the wrong number being the reason why we were never contactedHer statement counterdicts itselfMy house is approx miles from town and if they had a problem delivering to us they should have stated such at time of purchaseThey have come up with every excuse why they could not fulfill this orderI am continuing to ask for our money back since we have not received what was charged to our debit cardHow can a business charge for something they never provided? I did call the shop to inquire and was told the flowers were waiting for me at the shopI kindly asked if they would deliver because my year old daughter had just went down for a nap and I didn't think she should have been wokeI asked why they didn't call the day before when they "supposedly" attempted delivery, which the response was they did callI then asked for a refund because we were not going to be able to pick them up (left town Monday morning)The business owner called me on Monday evening at o'clock (closing) and demanded for me to come pick up my flowersMother's Day was over, my kids were upset they had nothing to give me and we were out of town on vacationYes I gave this business bad reviews based on my expierenceThey have stole money from us and ruined my Mother's DayI will continue to share my story, continue to advise everyone on social media to avoid spending a dime at this store and continue to seek a refund until such is completeThe owner is not a victim like she is making herself out to be.
