Original quote for power steering pump replacement was over the phoneWhen receiving the vehicle and work was started, our tech found that the power steering high pressure hose was also leaking and that an outer tie rod end needed replacedI explained to the customer over the
phone that the new hose was expensive,up to $for the hose,but that we could have her hose rebuilt for less ($112.99) plus the labor to save her moneyAnd to replace the tie rod end would be about $80, parts and laborShe gave us the ok to perform the workShe then asked me if she should have the other tie rod end replaced at the same time and I told her that we would look at it and if it looked bad then we would replace itAlso which would be another $She agreedIt did need replaced so work was performedI did mention that if the return hose was leaking at the power steering pump,that we would replace it and that there would be no extra charge because we would already be in there and it wasn't a bid deal to do thatBut the hose was in good condition so it didn't need replaced In the years in business we have never had the equipment to do front end alignmentsIf so, she would of been charged to do one, which is usually between $50-$She was informed by the shop manager that she would need to have one performed. Our company has always been trustworthy and honest with our customers and always communicated with them when further work is neededAll repairs were gone over with the customer at the same time including charges as stated aboveAnd as she stated, she gave the ok to have the work performed

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, the owner of Fox's Garage is not telling the truth. No one told me anything about price except for the initial exchange that it would cost about $350. If there is any other recourse, I would like to do it. But it looks like one's word against another.
