On 4/04/we saw [redacted] for an appointmentThe purpose of her appointment was to make a copy of her existing denture so that we can take an impression and create an accurate fitI was taking an impression and the patient and I noticed she was not biting down correctlyWith the nature of the procedure, its important for the patient to quickly bite down on the impression material before it will dryIt was starting to settle and so I asked the patient several times to bite downThe patient did not bite down, so I asked her if she could hear me and if she spoke EnglishShe nodded her head and said that she could hear me and speak EnglishEventually we were able to finish the procedureAfter the procedure the patient made no notion that she was displeased or offended by anything that happened during her appointmentThe dental assistant was in the room with the patient, and can verify that no such words were said to the patient during the impression appointmentFurthermore, I'm not known to swear in my personal life - much less in my professional lifeWe strive to create a great patient experience in our office, and we do not partake in this kind of behavior [redacted] ***
