Review: I was applying for an apartment and I understand it takes more then 3 days to get any information if I get the apartment or not but it took about 2 weeks before I heard anything and so I called the apartment and all they could say is that we don't know anything yet we will call you later that night with information and no one would ever call so I would call the next day and they just said the same thing after 3 weeks of all that I final called and asked to talk to the manager and all she could do is yell at me and tell me that I was wrong and did not need to know anything final on 9/25/13 I called for the last time and the manager said that I was declinded do to that I was on the morage of my ex husbands house. so I went into the company to get my deposit back and the manager started to yell at me and my mother and say that the real reason was cause I was not someone that she wanted to deal with for a year cause of me calling and asking what was going on so they would not rent to me

Review: Complex hasn't provided adequate pest control. Moved in 12/2012, got bit by a Hobo spider; end up in the hospital. Then ant and centipede infestation.

Apartment Complex hasn't provided adequate pest control. Moved in 12/2012, got bit by a Hobo spider in January, 2013 which I ended up in the hospital and missing a week of work. Now we are dealing with the ant and centipede infestation. My children will wake up with the centipedes in their beds or on their faces. We can't even wake in the morning without putting our shoes on because we'll set on bugs. They're in our beds, floors, ceilings, bathrooms, living areas. I'm constantly vacuuming, laundering, washing. It's endless! I've pleaded with the office to please do something. They say that they spray every other week. But it's not helping. I just caught another Hobo spider in my bathroom!!!Desired Settlement: ¥ 2nd floor apartment, that is either in the building I'm in now or the one across form mine. My daughter is autistic and goes goes to the school across the street.

Â¥ First months rent free for: my stress, anxiety, hospitalization, and most unfortunately the undue stress to my daughter who is disabled. She couldn't sleep at night in fear the bugs were in her bed. She would twitch and itch thinking they were on here.

Review: they are claiming I didn't pay my deposit,won't discuss charges with sending me to collections and won't tell me when they will talk to me about charg

I recently moved out of foxboro terrace apartments as they will not fix problems. I received a statement of move out charges I felt was not accurate, I spoke with the manager on 9/25/13 she altered the charges to a more appropriate rate, and told me I would receive a bill for that amount. The next thing I received was a letter stating they were sending me to collections if the incorrect amount was not pain in full within 30 days of move out this letter was dated 10/2/13. I moved out 9/3/13. Once I received the letter I went to talk with the staff on 9/5/13 they said they could not help me until the manager came in on 9/7/13. I went in on 9/7/13 she refused to see me. She stated she would have her manager contact me at her earliest convience. This letter also stated I had never paid my $200 deductible upon moving in. I had with me the processed check showing that I had paid the deposit and that foxboro cashed the check. She would not see me to show her the documentation. she would not provide me with her managers phone number I am very concerned that they letter indicated that My account would go to collections as of 10/3/13 and no one will talk with me to resolve this issue. This complex has had a history of poor customer service since I moved in August 2012.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to talk with me to review the bill and my information. So that we can come to an accurate amount that I owe and I can pay that amount so as to avoid collections.

I would also like to be able to relate my experiences of living in this apartment the poor customer service, the condition of the apartment. I had no air- conditioning for 4 days in 100+ temperatures, I went two days without water, I went multiple days without hot water, I went 4-6 weeks with carpets torn up and walls opened d/t recurrent flooding. I had leaking faucets, inside of microvave was rusted, mice, ants, spiders, no screens on move in. Took a few months to get. The screens provided were bent with openings in the side large enough to allow rodents in. I did not get screens that actually fit the windows tight until May 2013. Remember I moved in in August 2012.
