The first 3 or 4 months were good but it's gone down hill since. I've had problems ... When I take mom out and lock her door we've come back to find the door unlocked and wide open. Giving anyone access to her room and things. She's had several items come up missing and I get told " oh we'll look around for them " but nothing that's come up missing has been found yet","neg-1
