not contact me again. Since I have endured many threats, a nasty voice mail,
and verbal abuse by screming, shouting and degrading me from both Mr. and...

Mrs.
[redacted], I suggest they have an attorney handle their case. Because that is
what I have done. They have repetedly threatened me with writing bad reviews,
saying slanderous and defamatory things, and contacting the Revdex.com to put in a
complaint if I didn't give them their deposit back. Mr. [redacted] even threatened
me by telling me that he will be showing up at my home at 8 A.M . on Tuesday
April 19,2016 and" you better give the deposit back or you'll be
sorry." This is a direct quote from Mr. [redacted]. Apparently they cannot
understand what a non-refundable deposit means. In particular Mr. [redacted]
cannot seam to understand what is written on my home page. It clearly says when
puppies are able to be viewed and about a deposit. Under oth in a court of law
I am sure the [redacted]s won't want to lie as much as they have in this
ficticious complaint. Mrs [redacted] was told verbally prior to, and when she
decided to send a depost. A nonrefundable deposit. She was well aware of it
being non-refundable. She did view my website because that is how she found us.
When she sent a check for the amount of $500 she also included a letter. In
that letter she has the parents names to the puppy and her signature along with
The [redacted] family writen below her name. Mr. [redacted] repeatedly said on Monday
April 18,2016 that he didn't want t his puppy because he is not ready for a
dog. When he called Sunday April 3,2016 ( not Saturday) he wanted to bring his
daughter that was home on spring break to pick out a puppy that was too young
to be viewed . They were only 5 1/2 weeks old at that time. Just read my home
page on the website. It explains when they can be viewed and handled.
Apparently Mrs. [redacted] did not explain to him about how we as thebreeder would
be picking the puppy for them.He still can't seem to understand when my puppies
are able to be viewed. Again all he had to do is read my home page. Instead
because both Mr and Mrs [redacted] feel compelled to treat me with disrespect and
think it necessary to verbally abuse and threaten me because they clearly think
they are entitled to get their non-refundable deposit back after their puppy
was taken off the for sale availability by them reserving it with a
non-refundable $500 deposit as of March 25, 2016. As per phone converstion
3/25/2016. Post marked 3/26/2016 By the way the balance due was $553 not $555
like Mr. [redacted] claims. I certaintainly hope that the [redacted]s refrain from
posting false, slanderous and defamatory things on the internet. Please advise
the [redacted]s that I will not respond to any more contact from the Revdex.com. Thank
you Jessica Foxcreek

Review: On Saturday March 26th, after reviewing the website for Foxcreek Kennels, my wife sent a deposit for $500.00 to Foxcreek kennels to be put on a waiting list for a West Highland terrior that would be available for pick up about 6 weeks later. Since that time, after no acknowledgment of receipt of check, and many unanswered calls, I became concerned. Further research online revealed complaints about dogs being sold with genetic disorders. On Sat.April 3, I finally got through to Joe by phone to requesting a visit to bring my 12 year old daughter to see the puppies. I was told that was not possible, and a puppy would be picked for us at a later date. That was acceptable, however my concerns were heightened further when on Sunday April 17 and April 18th, when my wife left 2 more messages that again were unanswered until 7:00 pm on the 18th. At that time, when Jessica called back she was hostile, rude condescending and angry that we called or expected a response on a Sunday. My daughter had been so excited, we just wanted an update so we could plan the pick-up, but after that call we were left disturbed, and no longer wanted to deal with this kennel. I called back to request a refund as I no longer trusted these people to pick out our puppy. Nothing in writing, unanswered phone calls, the attitude ,ruined the opportunity. The scary reviews we had read online of dogs with severe allergies and genetic diseases, did not help at all either.. We were told that no refund was possible, despite never having been been told that, or had been put in writing, or on there website to reflect this. Jessica told us a puppy would be available on Saturday April 23rd at 1:00pm if we showed up with $555.00 CASH, but no refund would be possible. I have recieved nothing but frustration, and my name on a waiting list, and I do not want to deal with these people, let alone trust them to provide our future pet. I do want a refund of the deposit..Desired Settlement: Refund deposit. Kennel notified prior to anticipated delivery date. No longer trust establishment due to unprofessional business practices and attitudes. We were never notified verbally or in writing that the deposit was non-refundable.
