Review: I've contacted Fox Hill Financial Services multiple times and they refuse to e-mail back and/or call back. They are subcontracted to provide health insurance benefits and they still have not sent out my dental insurance benefits despite my numerous attempts to contact them.Desired Settlement: Customer service needs major improvement. I would like the health benefit to which I am entitled sent out as soon as possible.

This complaint is without merit. You would think we were not responsive based on the wording of [redacted]'s complaint. We have evidence of both written and verbal nature that we were both responsive and polite.
