Fox's Pizza Den

Review: I ordered a pizza from Foxs pizza Den around 12:30 on February 2. They deliveried it around 1:30. When I opened it it was burnt and it was the wrong pizza. I tried to call them for over an hour and they kept hanging up the phone without answering it. So I called the main office and the lady told me that she would give my complaint to her boss. I waited for a week and called back and the same thing happened and he never called me.I paid a lot of money for that pizza and Mr. [redacted] never called.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money. Thank You.

Think what you want about the pizza but the customer service is terrible. 2 hours I wait only to get a little boy to tell me there is nothing he can do.
