To whom it may concern: Customer purchased a voice activated recorder from us, she acknowledged and signed our "All sales final policy". She came back in the store and said the unit was not new and that the batteries included from the manufacture were corroded. I offered to replace her unit with...

another brand new exact same unit from our stock and that I would open up the unit to make sure batteries were new and fresh. She told us me just wanted her money back. I reminded her of the all sales final policy she had signed and once again told her I would happily replace her unit with a brand new unopened package. She declined and left the store.

I am rejecting this response because: As I have stated, I would like a full refund, not another digital recorder. The product Foxs Spy Outlet is not a voice activated recorder, which is what I had asked for. It does not state it is "voice activated" anywhere on the box or the directions enclosed. I was told by Mr. [redacted] that if I turn the device to "ON", when I leave the room, the batteries will last for 8 hours, running on record. It is not voice activated. These are two different items. Also the product he insisted was new, was not new; inside the unit were two corroded [redacted] brand batteries. Mr. [redacted] stated the store uses [redacted] batteries inside various products, for whatever reason. To test products, perhaps, indicating the item he sold me was indeed USED. The product contained the manufacturer batteries as well; both sets of batteries corroded and leaking inside the unit, and in the box it came in. I have the product and can provide photos if needed to verify this. I was misled by Mr. [redacted], he was untruthful about what he sold me. I will not continue to do business with a dishonest, unreputable retailer who does not provide their customers with quality merchandise. I want my purchase price of $54.25 refunded to me. I feel my rights as a consumer were violated by a dishonest business.
