Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all my name is [redacted] .I do agree that the company helped me find a merchant account and it might have been hard for them to find me a processor.I approached you for a merchant account and you set us up with them.You did have a financial instrest in transactions between [redacted] and my company.So assume the liability.You were a part of this working partnership I do accept that I was warned not process anymore but until that point I was with [redacted] for more than a two month and had processed USD .Another point is that I was made promises by Chris that things will get better instead of telling me the fact that none of their [redacted] placed clients had received payouts.You yourself waited for things to get worse and us taking loss in the process.I was told by Chris that he will support me with account even after placementdms neglected to do the due diligence and could have saved people thousands of dollarsThey told me They were putting me on a direct MID[redacted] has opened regular merchant accounts with banks and submit our transactions through the so called virtual terminal it was our customers payments paid in good faith to a legitimate business I was informed by chris that Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

We went out of our way to help Mr.*** with an account We tried several different processors we work with directly on a daily basis but they all declined him for his business modelA company we had worked with in the past in Canada since he is in Canada (***) said
they may know another company that can help him so we referred him to this company but we did not provide any of the service and all the agreements he signed were between his company and this *** companyVery Shortly after he started processing with this *** company on April 14th our manager Chris was told by *** that they were having major issues with *** and to inform Mr*** not to process anymore and that his customers would be refunded back their MoneyChris immediately called him and informed him of this and yes he also told him he would continue to help him find a better solution but has not been successful We have a an email from him acknowledging that we had told him not use this company anymoreHe also received a copy of his customers that got refundedEvidently he did not listen to Chris and kept processing with this company ***He needs to work it out with *** since his agreements ae with them and complain to them with the Revdex.com and not usAlso, we have tried to contact Mr*** several times today to discuss this issue with him to see if there is anything we may be able to try to help him with but none of the numbers we have for him seem to be working anymore

Tell us why here...Hi ***As we have clearly stated we are not responsible for the agreement that you signed for your processing with *** and the issue is clearly between you and themWe have intervened on your behalf as much as we can and we have no control over your funds with ** *** nor have we received any payments in kind for any processing that you have done with themWe do assist accounts after placement and we have been trying to intervene on your behalf with no availWe suggest you contact paid in who had the direct relationship with this processor and ask them for assistanceWe are a merchant account broker and can not and do not control your funds or what happens when you process with a provider you signed an agreement with We made a referral based upon your business typeWe have done all we can doChris has tried reaching you by phone to discuss further but your number inst working anymore
