Tell us why here...This car has not been resold. We are in the process of mitigating our damages. Once the car is sold, we will notify Ms *** of the exact selling price. IF it happens to be sold for less than what is owed on the contract that was signed on 9-16-2017, she will be responsible for the difference. If it sells for what is owed on the contract, then Ms *** will not be held to the original agreement.Thank you

The car was resold, is what the company informed me when I contacted them the following Monday after I had the car towed on that TuesdayWhere on the website they advertise that they tow which is another thing, the company is doing advertisement I do not owe the company anything nor should anything be sent off to collectionsThe car was now sold to a new party, and to touch back on what the manager is stating that all my concerns were addressed, is falseWhen we spoke on the phone he stated that he can sell his cars however way he likes, therefore agreeing with me that he sold me a car that wasn't fully capable of what I placed my down payment on in the first placeHe stated I defaulted on my car loan after business days of being late, where I had informed them I had the funds availableI just wanted to make sure they weren't taking advantage of me because of the condition of the car, it appears now I'm being taken advantage of

All of her concerns were addressed the day she brought her vehicle in for service. There was a sensor that failed, and we replaced it at no additional charge the same day. There were several calls to remind her that her payment was past due. As a courtesy, it is standard practice
to remind each person when their 1st payment is due. A copy of the contract is given to each individual as well. As I mentioned, the sensors were replaced, the car past the emissions inspection the day before she purchased the car, but she failed to make her first payment. Her account in now days past due. She drove it for more than weeks and is now a 1st payment default. No refund will be issued for this customer, and her account will be transferred to collections

To Revdex.com & *** ***,Mrs *** did inform us of the speedometer issue. If I remember correctly, it was working periodically. Our Service Dept informed her that we would take a look and address her concerns to the best of our ability. The issue was delayed do to the
availability of the parts...It's my understanding, that this matter has been resolved.Thank you,Auto EuropaEZ Pay Car & Truck***

Auto Clinic: 10/01/2015        On June 25th 2015,  Mr. [redacted] brought his 2004 Lexus to Auto Clinic with a brake pulsation problem.A brake inspection was performed resulting in all four calipers rusted and seized.  The break pads were worn on one...

side only. The rotors were pitted and rusted and so I called Mr. [redacted] and explained to him the problem with the brake system.  Mr. [redacted] approved and agreed to do a four wheel brake service.  Due to the severity of the rust and corrosion, Mr. [redacted] agreed to re-manufactured calipers, new rotors and new break pads.  I concluded that all the brake parts had to be replaced in order for the brake system to work in proper condition.    I saved all the parts that we replaced and Mr. [redacted] was given the old pads and rotors.  I told Mr. [redacted] that if he wanted to keep the calipers he would have to pay the core deposit which is charged to Auto Clinic to insure return of the caliper cores.  Mr. [redacted] denied to keep the calipers due to the extra cost.         In my professional opinion the work that was done was warranted due to the severity of the rust and corrosion of the break system.  The original quote was more expensive due to the price of OEM parts.  Mr. [redacted] agreed to after-market break parts due to the cost being much less.In order for Auto Clinic to stand behind the break job that was performed all parts  had to be changed.  As a professional and licensed repair facility brakes are a safety issue and the proper repair is necessary due to liability issues.       Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions at ###-###-####              Sincerely,       [redacted]       Mechanic, Auto Clinic Engine and Body Works.

I am writing in reference to a complaint, [redacted]. The guest complained about the room and wanted a refund. [redacted], called to complain about the room. They checked in and after staying in the room for 8-9 hours they complained. The front desk clerk went and checked the room and the guest...

had not only left it at a mess, they also made a hole in the wall. This room was painted, new bed and electric was all completed2 days prior to them checking-in. They were actually the first guest in that room. Prior to renting it back out, we the management, Head Housekeeper and daily housekeeper checked the room. This is a standard we have. The complaining of the T.V which is brand new and not working does not comply to what they are stating. My desk clerk checked it and it turned on and all channels were coming on.The bed, as I stated is new, new linens and bedding. We even provide a cover for each mattress set. we are currently painting and updating our rooms. So the front desk has unit has a maintenance sign which lets staff know that we are working on something, but the room was ready to go for rent 2 days before that.We are glad to give a refund after 10-30 min of checking-in,but after8-9 hours and using the room fully, we do not. If there was anything wrong in the room, desk clerks will check, fix if can and we move guest. They did call the next day and was threatening the establishment with slandering our name in various sites and I did mention to them, I saw the room as well the next day and for someone to use the room fully and then complain does not make sense. Plus, the rate was not $110.00, it was $59.00.We proud our self on our customer service and we have many reviews that shows that. We would never rent a room that was un-rentable, and we do our best to accommodate guest, but after that long period of time and then to complain about TV and bed does not comply.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted]

At the time of the estimate, we were told that the [redacted]'s had 500 cubes of storage.  However, on the date of the move the [redacted]'s had 1,100 cubes of storage which resulted in the additional time and costs.  Our estimator, Mr. L[redacted] met with [redacted] and explained all of this to her.  We have issued a refund the for used jiffy pads, but at this point we feel that the charges were adequate since the storage was twice the size of what was originally estimated.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

That is not true. There was always more going into storage than going to the apt. 800 vs 500, which is why I got the 10x20 storage unit and told the storage driver that he should switch trucks. The apt is only 1000 sf. I showed and sent photos of what was moved to the apt. As proof.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
