Review: I placed an order on Dec *, 2015 and cancelled the order within 10 minutes of placing it. I was told that I would get a refund that would be processed within 24 to 48 hours. It is now Jan **, 2016 and I see no refund on my credit card.

I called the company and they said they could not process my refund because they did not have my credit card expiry date. When I placed the order, the online form asks for the expiry date so I do not understand why the company could not have just referred to my original order.

Because of this refund not appearing on my credit card within the stipulated amount of time, I have had to pay interest on my credit card.

My order amount was $349.99 USD. They claim the refund would be $279.20 USD a penalty of 20%. In the order placing process, the customer is not informed of the refund process till they actually looking for it under FAQ. When asked, the client service personnel mentioned that I should have read the rubric before placing the order and read the FAQs. Then, she made a false statement that in the ordering process online, the website tells you directly what the refund policy is and this is not true. The only way to know the policy is to read the FAQs.

Being in the medical field and imposing such undue and harsh refund terms on patients who cancelled the order within ten minutes is unsympathetic and unacceptable for what is known to be a noble field. In my case, no service was provided to me, no appointments were set, no actions were taken from the company's side on my order because the cancellation came within 10 minutes. Hence, the 20% penalty is not acceptable whatsoever.

The payment of interest on this further complicates my health as I am a student and I suffer from hypertension.Desired Settlement: I seek a full refund of 100% owing to the following reasons:

1. The order was cancelled within 10 minutes of placement

2. The company did not provide a refund within 24 to 48 hours as promised

3. The company website does not explicitly mention the 20% penalty and this is false and misleading to the unsuspecting customer

4. My refund was held supposedly due to the lack of my credit card expiry, which they had because they processed my order and all online orders require the customer to enter a credit card expiry. Regardless. for over 7 weeks, no one from the company contacted me or asked me anything. They had my phone number.

Review: I ordered a computer adapter from [redacted] on August ** , 2013. The expected delivery date was August **,2013 (3-4 Day Shipping). I did not recieve the package by that date so I called customer service. The representative informed me that the charger I ordered was out of stock and I was not notifed of this via email or phone. The lady told me that when the charger comes in it will ship out the next day. The chargers were estimated to come in on a friday of the same week I called. On Septemeber *, 2013 I cancelled order because it was taking to long to receive the item and the representive told me it should be refunded in 24-48 hours. After a week I called back to see why I have not received my refund and another representive told me that it had not been refunded because it was on hold. She stated that she will make sure it is refunded, I asked how long will it take and she said 2 weeks. I called numerous times and asked to speak with a manager and left the manager messages since it went to vocemail and she never returned my calls. This company has put me through so much confusion and they did not communicate with me at all I had to call them to find out that my item wasn't in stock which was why I never received it. It has been a month since I placed this order & I have never known it to take this long for a company to refund money. Below is the order tracking for my order.
