Revdex.comViewridge Avenue, #200San Diego, CA92123-1688Dear [redacted] ,This letter is in response to your letter dated Friday January regarding a Advertising Issues complaint from [redacted] First of all I Apologized for the delay in responding to your letterI have been in business for years in the Financial Services industry and This is the first complaint I have reported to Revdex.com We have been conducting Seminars we called (Financial Gourmet) where we sent mailings to selected customersWe picked a restaurant with limited seating so we can be more effective with our system We believe that our seminars will be more effective with a smaller crowd so we can serve our clients more effectivelyBut we do have a protocol to follow in order our process will run more smoothly for us and for our customersMost of our customer who attends our seminar are very appreciative with the information and education we provideThey truly attend our seminar with an intention to learn and dinner is just secondary [redacted] was honest enough to tell us the he only reason he and his wife came for the foodWe still encourage them them to stay but we cannot cater to every individual requests to be serve before everybody elseI was not rude to them or to anyoneThey chose to leave on their own when they found out we will not serve their free dinner at the time they wanted it If they would have stayed, They would have seen that they will be serve bread and drink so they will not go hungry while waiting for the food to be serve and can focus on the information that can be beneficial for them.The reason we wait until 7:to serve the food because it disrupts the seminar and our customers get distracted with the movement and they will missed some important information that can be beneficial for themWe truly do not sell anything in this event, We simply give them information and education, and then the people who are interested in talking to us more they take advantage of our hour free consultation in our officeAfter our presentation which ends at 6:- 7:00, the server will take their order and they will have their food by 7:At that point me and my staff will leave and let all our customer enjoy their dinnerWe also have a comment sheet after our seminars and we have great reviews and comments I believe if [redacted] and his wife would have stayed, they might look at us differently and will appreciate why our process is that wayIf you need more information about our Financial Gourmet please do not hesitate to call.You can also check our website at: www.frafinancial.comPlease email me if you r receive this respond.Thank you[redacted] ***SeniorExecutive DirectorFRA Financial GroupOffice: [redacted] Cell: [redacted]

Review: This financial institute sent my wife and me an invitation to attend a financial presentation at one of our favorite ristorante. We were asked to be there at 5:45 which we were. When I inquired about dinner they said the orders would be placed until about 7:15, an hour and a half later. There was no mention of this in the invitation, just that Nothing Will be sold. Also when I inquired about this the gentleman whom I assume was [redacted] of FRA was extremely rude so we left & had dinner at the Ristorante (A'ROMA). We fell this practice is a deceptive one and that FRA Financial Group representative was extremely unprofessional which brings into questions there business legitimacy.Desired Settlement: We ask that the FRA Financial Group be investigated as a legitimate financial service and that this business practice be amended for transparency for the future invited attendees.
