We sincerely apologize for this mixup.  The refund to the customers credit card was processed on our end on 12/20. (receipt available if required).  The customer replied to us on 12/20 saying...

they had not yet received the refund on their end.  We advised customer that it could take a couple of days for the bank to post the refund to the account.  Customer replied to us again on 12/21 saying the refund was still not visible on their end.  We advised customer to contact their bank to see what information they could provide as the refund was posted without error on our end.  We have not hear back from the customer after our response on 12/21.

I have received the complaint and am investigating it now.  Will have a full response shortly.

Review: my initial complaint to frabill - I had recently purchased this Frabill 3 man ice shanty on line from [redacted]. I am having trouble getting resolution of this issue in my dealings with them. After only a few trips out on the lake I am having quality issues with the hinge system located in the center of the walls. I find that when I am trying to erect the side walls the poles are not staying in the lock. I am having to climb inside the collapsed shanty to struggle in the erecting process. I have always put my trust in the Frabill product line and it has always done me well. Until I purchased this item I have had nothing but problems.

Ice fishing season only lasts so long then it's over , ive had nothing but problems with this shanty since I bought it.

I was even sent a replacement part from Frabill , and it is still not working properly. I feel I wasted my money!Desired Settlement: I would like to get the 6116 one man model shanty. I would be willing to return the product I have that is giving me problems to Frabill for the 6116 model.

Or my purchase price returned to me.
