We sincerely apologize for this mixup The refund to the customers credit card was processed on our end on 12/(receipt available if required) The customer replied to us on 12/saying they had not yet received the refund on their end We advised customer that it could take a couple of days for the bank to post the refund to the account Customer replied to us again on 12/saying the refund was still not visible on their end We advised customer to contact their bank to see what information they could provide as the refund was posted without error on our end We have not hear back from the customer after our response on 12/
We have researched the email provided, and did receive an email on 01/but only oneWe will have one of our associates reach out to Mr*** on 01/to help resolve this issue

I am rejecting this response because: I had seen the message regarding that the business would reach out to me on 1/(it is midnight as I am typing this reply), and never received any contact as they said they would at the provided emailI double checked all of my email inboxes and even ran searches with key words to look for a possible email from them, and nothing came upI will still wait for a response today (1/25) and if I still do not receive a response, I would like to reach back out to the business
