The customer [redacted] came into our store on 8/29/She stated that she was going to [redacted] and she wanted her lashes to look good so she upgraded from our DashLash for $and picked the Million Dollar Lash for $50.00, which is a higher quality lashWe offered her the guaranteed package that come with unlimited refills for one month for $150.00, which the customer declinedWe also told her to be very careful when going to [redacted] as partying and running around and getting wild could cause the lashes to come offWe also told her there are no guaranteesThe customer left happy and we advised her to take good care of them as there is no refund and also pointed this out on the receipt, which we have attached a copyAt the time of service she was given a receipt as we are always upfront and honest with our customersSome customers try to get free services by demanding a refund after their event is over and we feel as a business we should be protected in situations like thisLet us know if there is anything else we can do to resolve this matter in a professional mannerSincerely yours, Ernie, Manager

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.   First, I have been getting the same lashes from this company every year I go to [redacted], just the fact that I had continued to get my lashes from the same company and purchasing the exact same lashes should have determined my satisfaction and ability to care for my lashes. The $35 lashes I would get every year lasted longer than the $50 lashes I received.  Secondly, I resent the fact that this company would assume I go to [redacted] to party and run around!!! My elderly parents live there!!! Again, this shows the integrity and character of this company to assume such poor qualities in their customers!  The fact of the matter here is this company has used illegal practices, offering a guarantee to increase the cost of a sale!  I am not sure how many other individuals have been effected by this practice and the lack of integrity of this company!  I am looking into filing a complaint with the attorney general at this point!  Especially after the response received from this company!! Again, I request a full refund and to part ways from this company.
