I ordered a product almost a month ago and still haven't received it. I received an email saying it was on back order and I waited the amount of time that they said it would be in stock again and it was never shipped. I emailed them three times and they never responded, so I decided to try calling. Not a surprise when I called over five times and there was not a representative to take my call, so I left a voicemail. I have a feeling that i'm not going to hear anything back from them. I will never order from this company again, and I hope no one else will either so that they don't get scammed like me, and i'm sure many others. This was a fraudulent transaction and now I am going to have to be inconvenienced until I receive a refund.

Usually I receive my orders just on time. If the item is in a distant shop, not so. If there is a problem with my order, response is taken care of immediately.I place my order and almost immediately there is a response in my email. I really feel that my experience with Fragrances paradise is just what I need. When I need something, I come to the computer, see if it's there, place my order, check my email for response. The best part, I think is the Fragrances paradise.

I have not had a bad experience with Fragrances paradise. I do always read items reviews before I make a final decision to make purchase. Customer service has always been fast to resolve issues if I had any. ordering is usually easy & fast to fill order.

I purchased perfumes.The rare times I needed customer service they were great. They make sure the customer is satisfied. It's very easy to compare items with market price and to read reviews.Fragrances paradise is a well run company that offers great selection, prices and a speedy 2 day shipping on most items. I place about 100 orders a year with them and I am pleased with their service.

Fragrances paradise gives free shipping on most of the products I order that more than pays for itself. I get to avoid the crowded stores and still get everything I need delivered to my door. Can't beat it! You need Fragrances paradise in your life.

Review: Fragrances Paradise has failed to ship my order that was placed 11 days ago.

I have emailed numerous times about the status of my order and received no response to any email attempt. 4 days ago, I placed a phone call with their customer service department and had a representative answer. I asked about the status of my order and they informed me it had not shipped from their warehouse. They told me they would inquire with the warehouse and call me back. I provided my contact information and they said they would promptly follow up. I received no phone call back, so I called many times over the next two business days during their business hours and no one has picked up and no answering machine has taken my call. Their answering machine is not configured to take messages.

I have since opened a [redacted] dispute (my payment method) to ask them to refund my order as this is an outrageous amount of time to wait for an item that is supposed to be a gift to be shipped. At this point, I would prefer a refund if they do not have the item in stock.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is a full refund for all money, tax, and shipping fees for the non-shipped item.

Review: I ordered perfume from Frangrances Paradise in early December. I received an email with order number and shipment information. When package was received the wrong perfume was enclosed. I have tried to contact the company by both email three times and by phone multiple times. Phone calls the service only says the company is not available and to leave a message. I have not gotten a response.

The return policy states the invoice must be included and there was not an invoice in box that was delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to return the wrong perfume and get a full refund.

Review: I placed an order almost two weeks ago, they promptly charged my credit card but never sent me shipping notification. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. When you call them they hang up on you and when you call back, they let it go to a voicemail which is not even setup!!! What a bunch of losers! If you have money to thow out the window order from them, you will not receive a refund or your product. Pathetic...Desired Settlement: Considering the company has not had the courtesy of even responding to my emails or cannot manage to pickup the phone, I would like a refund to my credit card. I would LOVE the perfume I ordered but I highly doubt they are capable of shipping it. I am highly disgusted at the business practices by this company. They should be ashamed!

Review: It's been 3 weeks and 6 days since I've ordered my product at fragrance paradise. I emailed them about 5 days ago and they still haven't responded and when you call them, no representative is able to take the call. This company is TERRIBLE and will steal your money. I wouldn't be surprised if I don't hear from them ever again.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my credit refunded to my credit card.
