Review: I had ordered a fragrance product from this supplier, and on the order page (I have a screen shot if need be) the product claims it is a fragrance by [redacted]. Once I received it I realized it was in no way the same fragrance, so I contacted the company for resolution. They told me their disclaimer was on the product description, which can be found on a page that was different from where I had ordered it from. Once I told them (and provided proof) that it was NOT on the page I ordered from I asked for a return label to send it back to them, to which they responded they do not provide free return shipping. I pointed out the error was not on my part but on theirs for misrepresenting the product on the page I viewed, but they refused to acknowledge this. I asked to speak with a supervisor and have since sent several written messages asking for assistance but have been ignored. The last communication they sent was on 3/12, and I have sent 4 written messages since then. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with their unprofessionalism.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund for my returned product in addition to the $5.05 in shipping spent to return the product back to them.

Review: On March 13 I placed my order #[redacted] that was delivered on March 27 to my address in Tokyo and I was so badly surprised finding inside the package ONLY 1 ITEM INSTEAD OF 2 that were purchased!

By unknown reason the seller shipped to me only [redacted] and there were no any [redacted] Spray 3.4 oz in the box at all. Although, I was fully charged for both items.

I contacted Fragranceshop.com Customer Service immediately and asked them to shipped [redacted] Spray 3.4 oz missed ASAP or issue a full refund for that item.

On March 28 I also filled and sent them the insurance claim form and provided pictures of the damaged box with the postal stamp about its damaging.

I got a reply "We will be filing an insurance claim with [redacted]. They will begin an investigation and, once completed, we can replace or refund your purchase and issue a refund for the shipping cost of the missing item". That was from April 8, and now no one is replying anymore. I guess, they got the insurance from [redacted] for my order and decided not to issue any refund and stole my money instead.Desired Settlement: I want to get [redacted] Spray 3.4 oz shipped to my Tokyo address immediately

Review: I ordered a 3.4 oz bottle of flowerbomb Parfum. However that is not what I received. After a few days, I realized that I was the victim of a scam of FAKE or IMPOSTER perfume. It literally didn't last for more than 15-20 minutes of spraying. I have been wearing this perfume for several years and I know how it should smell and how long it should last. When I called on June 12th I explained all of this to an associate, she swore that all of their perfumes were genuine.and that perhaps since I purchased the tester bottle (no fancy packaging but same perfume) that it may have been old. I fell for it and she told me they had one bottle left, and as soon as she saw my ups tracking confirmation, she would send it. So I waited... About a week later I called and was informed that they were now out of stock but that they would refund my money. I was disappointed but this is really what I wanted to begin with so fine! I then find out a couple days later when there was no credit on my card, that they couldn't refund me now because the bottle was a third empty! What!! This is not true... And I have no idea how many employees helped themselves to a spray or two after they received it. I demanded a refund as I was promised in writing. Today I found out they are sending the defective or fake perfume back to me. Absolutely ridiculous. Review: They sent out wrong item and when I return same item ( [redacted]) as is what I revived they are saying its not their item. This is lie and cheating. they do sell item on website but they are claiming they do not sell this item.Desired Settlement: Either I need same item I order or they need to refund my money.

Review: On Dec. 27, 2013 my wife called their 877 number and ordered some perfume,(Dune 3.7 oz Spray) quantity (2). She gave them a credit card over thephone. She ordered this perfume because their website [redacted] had it advertised at $65.41 each. It was the TESTERversion, and she ordered two.On Jan. 8, 2014 she called them to find out why she hadn't received theorder. She was told they were out of it and a refund to the credit cardwas issued on Jan. 3, 2014. First of all they should have never accepted the order if they were outof the product.Secondly, she should have been notified that the sale was cancelled,and her credit card was updated.Thirdly, why did it take a week for them to determine they were outof stock, and cancel the credit card payment?There were several sales on this product going on at the time (late Dec.)that is was ordered. As a result of the handling of this, there are nomore sales that we can reorder using another company.Desired Settlement: I would like them to offer this product to us at the cost that theyadvertised it originally ($65.41 for 3.4 0z) quantity (2).They probably have the product available in a non-tester package.

I purchased a Perfume by Paco Rabbanne and the fragrance of the perfume was no where near the ones I have been using (I have 2 original perfumes that were used to compare this one). Either this was a bad lot or the product was counterfeit. I contacted PerfumeShop.com customer care and was given a return authorization number. I was further told via customer care that I could use USPS to return and include shipping receipt in box, and that would be refunded as well. The company can check phone call recordings to verify.

Initially, I was not refunded for shipping fee on the original product as well as USPS but after discussion on phone the shipping on original packing was returned. USPS shipping was never refunded. They are now giving excuses that they never mentioned anything about USPS refund, I should have used original return label, and all unnecessary statements to avoid standing by their words.

I would like Revdex.com to intervene, tell them how bad their product was and how they lied about return shipping fee refund. Very unprofessional!Desired Settlement: Please refund USPS fee for Approx $11.

Review: I ordered cologne from FrangranceShop.com; the cologne I ordered was Design by [redacted]. The product arrived in a timely manner but was not Design it was a counterfeit cologne and was not made by [redacted]. I looked at the information on the back of a bottle I had and their info on their fake product was not the same. In order to receive a refund I had to send the product back at my own expense $7.53 and it arrived in their hands on 7/1/13 at 2:06 pm. Even though they now have the product and have been contacted by American Express to refund my charge amount they refused. They should not be allowed to be in business because they are selling counterfeit products and as a consumer I have been duped. However, I did return the product and they still have not sent a credit to American Express in the amount of $28.43, this is both fraud and theft plus they lied and told me I would get a refund/credit to my card once they received the product. They have had it in their hands since July 1, 2013. I'm sure they count on people not pursuing a credit for an amount of this size so they are basically stealing and counting on people giving up getting a refund because of the small amount.Desired Settlement: I would like them to issue a refund to American Express in the amount of $28.43, my original charge plus my additional shipping cost of $7.53 to return the product to them. Total credit should be $35.96. This company is a disgrace to the state of New Jersey as well as the city they operate in. I am certain this is run out of someone's apartment and they are cheating people each and every day. Shame on your state for allowing a business scam operation to continue to operate and cheat heaven only knows how many on line customers. You folks should make them show proof to you of where they purchase the products they sell and I can guarantee you will find most if not all are counterfeit. I really hope you shut them down or at least investigate and make them comply with the law. They most likely don't pay taxes on the money they bring in again cheating the state out of tax dollars. I hope someone will look into this fraudulent company requiring them to abide by the laws. Thanks!

Order#[redacted] (repeated with Id+another credit card) dated Sep9, 2014 for $417.69== Cancelled again but not refunded to Credit Card.4. Order [redacted] dated Sep16, 2014 for 426.02== Cancelled but never refunded to Credit Card.I called twice requesting investigation of the first shipment and signed a claim form and still waiting. No explanation or justification was communicated to me or refunding of these amounts.Desired Settlement: Full refund of all above amounts charged to my credit cards unlawfully and warning the public about these fraudulent & dubious activities to avoid others falling for it.

Review: I ordered 3 bottles of Mens Cologne and when it arrived it was not what had been shown on their web site. I would not have ordered it if they had posted the correct picture of the item. They are refusing to refund my shipping charges even though they completely mis represented the item.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of purchase price and my return postage.

Review: I placed order number [redacted] on November 7, 2014 and it was never received. The date UPS alleges delivery I was home all day and a package was not delivered. I followed up with the merchant several times to no avail. They told me an investigation was being done with UPS in November and it was denied, but UPS advised they were not contacted until JanuaryDesired Settlement: at this point I am requesting a full refund I do not want the merchant merchandise. I've requested this from the merchant on two occasions to no avail no response was received
