Fralin SP

Review: We are leasing a property from Fralin ( [redacted], sometimes called [redacted] Realty). We were promised a retaining wall would be placed behind our home as it sits up against a HUGE mountain which is just dirt. Nearly 2 month ago we had a mudslide (because the wall was never installed). We have taken pictures, left messages, made phone calls and to date (that was 4/15) the mess behind our house has not been touched. They only give updates when I call and demand information, and even then I just get told it is a big project it takes time. It has been nearly 2 months - this is a dangerous issue, a mudslide! In addition to this we have had a list of repairs for over 3 months that have not been taken care of . We sent a written request 4/10 because we never got phone calls returned. Still those repairs have not been addressed. Again we are told it takes time and repairs have to be prioritized. We pay 1,175.00 per month for this rental property, each month we pay as we are supposed to , yet they do none of the things they are supposed to.Desired Settlement: We want the mess cleaned up (and no new mess created by bringing in HUGE equipment) . We want the wall to be corrected - if thats a wall, a fence whatever it is, better be sturdy and take care of the problem and not be thrown together. We want all of the repairs on the list taken care of and we want these things done asap. We have been more than patient.

The tenant does not rent from the company you are writing.

Her agreement is with Fralin SP LLC. And, the tenant has not had

business interaction with the companies she sites on the letter.

On behalf of Fralin SP, I would like you to know we have

scheduled the work for some time but weather has been uncooperative. We

were obviously not able to get in the yard this week due to weather. We

have had a representative constantly in touch with Ms. [redacted] and will

continue to keep her informed.Thank you.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I do rent from Fralin SP LLC. I regret that whoever responded did not have any idea how long these issues have been going on. I did speak with each party I indicated multiple times and have that documentation. I have not been contacted regularly-the remarks made were simply false. This has been a very poor experience with a business. Just at the end of last week I was contacted and told the work would begin this week weather pending. I certainly understand weather and that is fine. The other issues related to minor repaires that have been outstanding for 3 months were partially fixed today. So I believe that it is NOW looking like we will see results but in no way has it been timely and the comments made indicating I did not engage the business as I said is simply false. It is ok to admit when something was not handled properly as long as you make it right.
