Frame - Liners Reviews (2)

Frame-Liners had my car for a week to replace the headliner in it and the car was driven miles while it was in their processionFirst of all, we have 'RightTrack' on all of our vehicles thru our insurance company, Liberty MutualWhen looking at the vehicle report on line, I noticed occurrences of rapid accelerations and hard braking on the car during the days that it was in this business' possessionWe dropped it off around on Thursday, July 9th, and he brought it back to my house on Friday, July 17thIf it had not been driven like 'a bat out of hell', I would have never known it was driven off the lot because there would have not been a reason for me to look at the details on any given dateThe RightTrack report shows that the car was driven times for mile or more with the furthest distance being miles for a total of milesOn Friday, 10th of July, the car was driven at 10:42am for miles, 11:43am for miles, and 12:for milesAlso, after the business was closed, the car was driven at 7:13pm for miles, 7:27pm for miles, 8:19pm for mile, and 9:39pm for mileThe next day, July 11th, the car was driven at 8:10am for miles and at 8:19am for milesFurthermore, on occasions, the car was left idling for minutes and minutes in degree weather which can be detrimental for a small gasoline engineOn Aug3rd, I went to the business and talked to the owner, SamI showed him the RightTrack report I printed from my account and asked why my car was driven off the lotHe looked me straight in my eyes and lied saying, my car was not driven off the lot while in their possession and that report could not be rightWhen I asked him why it was left idling so long he said, those two occurrences was when they were taking the liner out and putting it back inThey had the air conditioner on because it was so hot outsideNow, he admitted the report was correct when it revealed that the car was idling for almost hours but lied about the report showing that the car was driven for milesWhat is so upsetting to me is, if whoever was driving the car had an accident and injured someone, I would have been liable because the car is in my name

I had the worse experience of my life dealing with this place. The owner, Sam, and everyone associated with Frame-Liner's were nothing but dishonest with me from the first time I spoke with them over one month ago until now. They lied and deceived me, and accepted my money and trust. They were supposed to fix the damage to my truck caused by a collision, instead they only covered up some of the damaged parts and some parts are only held together using make shift supplies. Frame-Liner's has put my and my children's safety in danger by doing this. They didn't even make an attempt to re-do their shoddy work.
