pressure from his employers from New york and his budgetwas not enough. One of the pools was raised out of the ground because of massive rain.I told him to call a concrete core cutting company. I got a bid for him, he again said it was too much.He hired a mud jacking company against my advice. The mud jacking company cracked the pool.Again the proper repair method was too much for him and we epoxyed the cracks.He constantly was trying to get the cost down and telling me his client was high dollar attys from New york.When he complained about wanting more work done for low cost, I gave him money back that would bring us even on the job.He hired [redacted], a day labor I have used to do demo work in the past. He hired some one he thought would do his work cheap.I feel [redacted] is just trying to get money unjustifiably.I do have pictures of these pools.This complaint has been turned over to my Attorney. I also have a name of another contractor that gave him prices, and again [redacted] told him it was too high.I have been told [redacted] has alledgedly  violated Texas State Law.This complaint I feel has no validity and [redacted]s attempt to slander me and my company will be taken seriously.
