I have spoke to *** several times as well as met with himThis job was performed by another company under a trademark agreementThat company is responsible for the repairs and/or refundI have put *** in contact with this companyAdditionally, I 've acted as a mediator and have that
company coming out tomorrow to look at what needs to be fixedI've instructed *** several times that this would get taken care of but he would need to have some patienceThere is currently no leaking or emergency situations that need to be addressed immediately. In response to Hurley Brothers, I am attaching the text conversation I had with a current employeeIt was he, not *** *** (who IS no longer with your company) that said he had reviewed the case for the bonus and was speaking to someone internally in your office regarding paymentIt bothered me that you insinuated this is not your policy to give a bonus, when clearly, in speaking to a present and past employee this did seem to be the case
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved as long as we receive the $paymentWe will reopen the case if the check is not received
