I had a good experience with the brothers ez moving service and its movers mike and Patrick. There is one complaint I have. I paid a flat rate fee for the service but the movers did not move everything in the house because they could not fit everything in the truck and would not make the second trip. We ended up moving rest of the items by renting a u haul truck ourselves. When I paid a flat rate, I expected everything in the house to moved regardless of circumstances. This is kind of a major complaint. Other than that movers themselves had a positive attitude and the experience was positive one, limited however.

I used Brothers EZ Moving for a partial move from Apollo Beach to Clearwater. Daryl did a great job of coordinating the move and Matt and Ian did an excellent job of moving. They were careful, focused on damage prevention, fast, careful, conscientious, helpful and there was no damage to the load or to either home. Totally pleased with everything.

I had some large furniture and gaming items that needed to be transported from one house to another. My family had used EZ moving before and they came highly recommended. While my expectations were already high, I can say their actual performance exceeded those expectations. EZ moving was extremely informative, courteous and took every precaution possible with my items. I was also shocked how quickly the job was done. The employees that worked with me were Patrick and Prince, and I highly recommend both of these individuals, along with the company, to anyone in the market. Thank you EZ Moving!

I just had a few things to move around my house, and they were too big for us to wrestle with. Right from the start, Brothers EZ Moving was professional. Service over the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and well spoken. The information sent via email was easy to read and any instructions were clear.
The movers who came to our house were also professional and courteous. Before leaving they asked if there was anything else they could do while we had them there. They looked you in the eye when they spoke to you and no one used their cell phone during the move. We had their full attention!!

Brothers EZ Moving did a nice job moving our office form one area of the building to another. They were very careful to ask where to place all of our furniture to assure we did not have to move again once in place.Patrick, Prince and Rjohns were quite friendly and accommodating. Move was completed in the allotted time.

Brothers EZ Moving provided prompt, courteous and expert service from estimate to delivery. The estimate was accurate and easy to understand. Matt and Eric did an exemplary job packing up the kitchen. They called with an ETA and packed everything carefully. Boxes were properly labeled. The moving team of Matt, Derrell and Terry was also great. We received a call to confirm ETA the day before and morning of the move. Furniture was wrapped very well with blankets and shrink wrap. They did a professional job of loading, unloading and setting up. We were pleased with every aspect of this move. We will definitely call them for our next move!

I hired Brothers to help me unload a jobsite delivery of cabinets. Derrick and Terri were at the job before I got there and busted their buts to unload, carry all of the cabinets into the house and unwrap them. This was only my first experience with Brothers but I look forward to using them again next Monday.

The team Was GREAT!. On time, professional, careful with the furniture and extremely pleasant to talk too. we could not have been more pleased. The guys exceeded our expectations.

I hired Brothers EZ Moving for an in-city move. Everything leading up to the move was good. The move, itself, was also good until the end of the loading process. The last piece that the movers brought downstairs was a sizeable wooden futon frame. They used very poor judgement and decided to bring it downstairs without taking it apart. This might have worked if there were not a tight, awkward turn at the bottom of the stairs. Well, they struggled; TRYING TO FORCE the turn with this incredibly bulky item. And what made it worse is that they did NOT cover this item with padding before attempting this complicated maneuver; they only shrink-wrapped it. After about 10 minutes of trying to force the turn with this unpadded piece of furniture, they then decided that they had to disassemble the futon frame mid-air (because they were now in such a bind that they could not go backwards up the steps or forward...what a mess!!) Needless to say, the walls did not have a chance of surviving this. There were several places where the drywall was ripped off (I will post pics). So, I thought to myself: no problem, I am sure EZ Brother will send someone to make repairs. When I asked the lead mover that question, he told me that they company does not make repairs; they will only reimburse for the damage a certain amount per pound moved. Well, that did not make much sense to me. But he stated it so emphatically that I took his word for it. So, he recommended that I call the office to start the claim process. When I called the office the same day, the gentleman (Daryl) told me that I needed to call the sales agent that gave me the quote (Lynda). When I called Lynda, she told me that I needed to call the office and speak to Shae. So, I called the office back and left a message for Shae. She never returned my call. I admit that I then did not call back to inquire until a few weeks had passed. But when I finally reached Shae, she stated that the lead mover was completely incorrect in telling me that the company does not make repairs. She said that I could send her the pics and she could send someone out to repair the damage. But the problem is that my former property manager had already made repairs at this point and deducted the cost from my security deposit. I offered to contact my property manager to obtain an itemized cost of the repairs to the drywall. But Shae said that it did not matter at this point; Brothers EZ Moving WILL DO NOTHING to reimburse me for the damage that they caused....that I ended up paying for. What is most upsetting to me is that this all occurred because of negligence at multiple points: 1. The movers did not use common sense and take the futon apart before attempting to bring it down and around that very tight and awkward turn. 2. The movers DID NOT PAD this very bulky piece of furniture. 3. The lead mover misinformed me about their policy on reimbursement vs. repair. 4. I received the run-around when I initially called the day of the move to make a claim (Daryl said call Lynda; Lynda said call Shae; when I left a message for Shae with someone at the office, I did not get a reply). And now, I am left holding the bucket.....
