Frameless Glass Reviews (6)

Ron spoke to them and has made it top priority to have it resolved. Many internal discussions on how to rectify this will not happen again.

Ordered the glass and was told 10-15 business days for it to come in. Called on business on day 10 to see if it was there and it was not but the person that could check the status had already left for the day and someone would call me the next day. Received a call the next day confirming that they could do the installation a few days later so we scheduled the appointment. Frameless Glass called me on the installation day 30 minutes before the installation time frame and said they were "stuck on another job and wouldn't be making it out today". At that point my husband was already there waiting for them as it's a drive across town for us to be at that location so he had arrived early to be there before the tech. I asked if they had another tech or another company they could subcontract and was told no the soonest they could come back out would be next week after their new techs start on Monday. So we schedule for next week and my husband drives back across town. Installation day rolls around and the tech comes to the house and only brought 1 of the 2 pieces of glass that he was supposed to install. Call the office and ask them what they will be doing to rectify it and I was told they'd call me back. They call back and say that they will drive it out to the tech. 30 minutes later they advise the tech that no one will be driving it out to him so he needs to come pick it up from the warehouse then go back to install it (yet, no one ever called to tell me that). So my husband was stuck waiting an additional hour for the tech to drive to the warehouse to get the glass and come back to finish the installation. I do have to at least say that Bobby (the installation tech) was very professional, polite, and compassionate about the mistake. He took ownership and genuinely tried to make it right. Not once did the office staff apologize for any of these things nor offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience of wasting 2 days of my husband's time accommodating their mistakes. I wouldn't suggest these guys to anyone as it's obviously not about customer satisfaction at the top.

Review: After payment, I realized area's were not done properly (screens replaced over screens). One window frame installed was to big (over-lapping). One window was never even finished (never ordered or repalced the screen).Desired Settlement: A refund or competion of the work agreed upon.

Review: Installation was smooth, however quality and craftmanship was less than satisfactory. Several areas were left without silicone, a bracket did not have the rubber seal, and hardware is not best quality. First shower had water leakage in more than a half dozen places. We just completely remodeled our bathroom due to improperly installed shower which caused water and mold issues. There is no way we want to go through this experience again. Thier Initial fix was to smear more silicone. Definitely not what I was expecting from a professional. Vendor agreed to reimburse and remove glass almost 2 months ago but still has not even scheduled pickup. I can't do anything with my shower because we are still waiting. American Express reimbursed the payment and now he is threatening to put a mechanics lean on my house. Now he will not even willing to speak to us as we are told it has been turned over to his lawyer. To top it off we had another glass company come out to do an estimate on new glass and he bad mouthed us to where the company would not even give a quote.Desired Settlement: Remove his glass from my home so we can get our bathroom back. If a Lein has been put on my home it needs to be removed.

Has 13 5x8 frameless bronze picture windows put in which was a major demolishing and replacing project. Was very pleased with the professionalism, cost and workmanship in handling this project. Would recommend Frameless Glass, LLC highly. [redacted]

I am very unhappy with this unprofessional business and it's owner!!! Horrible experience!!! Save yourself the grief and take your business elsewhere!!!! The owner is so rude!!! As a customer, you're not allowed to question what you're paying for on an estimate that is gonna be over $400.00!!!???? The owner flipped out on the phone because he didn't think I had the right to question him!!!! Very Unprofessional and I took my business elsewhere!!!!!!!!
