Frames Tax Services

Review: My husband and I went to Frames Tax Service on Febuary 15th 2013 at 6:00pm to have our 2012 taxes prepared. Once we got started doing our taxes there seemed to be distraction after distraction from phone calls to family members even to the dog. There were no questions asked in regards to our taxes such as if we had certain deductions other than our childrens socials which I provided him with a copy of to imput in the computer. Needless to say we did not receive our tax return when we were suppose to and there were more than three mistakes. When I contacted him in regards to this matter he stated that they were accepted and I had to call the IRS which I did and found out that they were rejected more than once for wrong social security numbers being imputed which he failed to contact us and tell us this so we were exspecting our return. He proceeded to tell my husband that I harassed his wife and that I could come get my f...... taxes. I feel he was very unprofessional and did not want to correct his mistakes or own up to them. In the end I had to file our taxes myself and feel that this business did not provide me a service I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund since I had to file taxes myself and he did no service for me.
