Review: Have both a complaint with Framme and Legal Shield. LS is a Legal group that refers clients to Framme for legal matters. Framme has been unresponsive, and unwilling to answer questions, will never respond in timely fashion.Desired Settlement: not sure how the Revdex.com can give them an A rating due to their lack of customer support.C- at Best! Will not do Business with Framme or LS again unless the problem is rectified.
