Fran Morelli Sales and Service

Review: Vehicle was bought in March in March of 2014 also bought the extended warranty. Vehicle was taken in several times engine light coming on. Vehicle was taken to the garage Oct 23 2015 for service due to engine light being on and need of unknown repair. Several call had been made to Morelli asking for progress of repair. On dec 5th call was made to dealership the service manager said he was waiting for the warranty company to authorize repair. I made a call to the warranty company on Dec 5th 2015 and their report was that they had not been contacted by morelli's dealership since Nov 5th 2015. A Family member stopped at the dealership Nov 20 2015 for a progress report was told by the service manager that the vehicle was taken to a dodge dealership for repair. The Vehicle was picked up from the dodge dealership approx Dec 14 2015 after the repairs requested by Morelli's service was completed. The vehicle was driven 5 miles with repeat of the same problem. Service manage at Morelli was called Dec 15 2015 stating that the vehicle engine light was back on. I was told to take it to the dodge dealership and have them put it on the computer to check the code. At this point I dealt with the dodge dealership myself to have the vehicle repaired. Fran Morelli sales and service had this vehicle for over 9 weeks without completing the repair. 9 weeks to repair a vehicle is unacceptable as I drove past this dealership every day and the vehicle was parked outside the garage and was not being worked on.Desired Settlement: I would like refunded the $100 deductible I had to pay the dodge dealership and I would like compensation for the vehicle I had to borrow while my vehicle was being repaired.
