Highly disappointed They gave me a verbal estimate for a bathroom remodel job I called back to say we wanted them to do the job They made an appointment for a Tuesday to do a more thorough estimate--no show, no call I called and left a voice mail Finally received a call back at P.M.--a A.Mfor Friday was scheduled with the promise that if they could not make it, they would call No show, No call So much for their A+ score I am now back to square one trying to find a reputable contractor This one will NOT be used

Fran-Tab Construction did a professional and wonderful job replacing our old and failed railroad tie retaining wall with a concrete retaining wall. Communication was good and easy with the contractor and the end result is exactly what we wanted. Fran-Tab was easy to work with and did not waste time getting the job completed. I would recommend Fran-Tab to others and expect that we will use them again in the future.

We had been taking bids to place a roof over an existing deck and tying it into the existing roof to create a 360 degree wrap-around covered porch. The bids received were all way out of line with the work requested or we never heard back from the contractor after they came out to do a quote. Our error seemed to be going with I guess some would call "shade-tree" independent contractors who had been referred by word of mouth. After that we decided to call established builders and our call to Frank at Fran-Tab Construction in Rolla, MO was answered with a quick reply and site visit followed by a reasonable quote. The crew was there each day on-time and put in a full day of work and the owner Frank was either there daily or made regular visits while his crew was working. There were no surprises and the final fee was his quoted price. The crew cleaned up along the way during the project and on completion left the area ready for use. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship. I would highly recommend you talk to Frank at Fran-Tab Construction before you make a decision on your building needs. I will be calling them back for a couple of other projects that we have planned.

Frank and his team remodeled our river cabin at a price that we agreed on. He was very transparent and honest with his assessment of what needed to be completed, and finished the project at the agreed-upon price. He found ways to save us money through researching discounted items, and replaced one item at our request. He was great at communication, and we are very glad with his team's work.
