The owner of the business, Kevin W*, who I cc'd on all emails I sent out during this time has never responded. While I received my money back--the... employee of the company who had been sympathetic all along made sure of that but not without sending a note to me insinuating that if I had only been willing to accept another chair than the one they promised me... But this owner has written back nothing. And this company has not responded since I complained in spite of my having notified them I made this complaint. To be frank, I'm suspicious: I wonder if there business model includes making such offers, charging people when they don't have the items on hand, using the credit they received from this charge for the brief period of time before they must issue a return. But this is speculation. The fact is this owner has shown no desire to respond to me and now to you. I hope you take action.Sincerely, [redacted]

I ordered a side table that was advertised as a hardwood (tan color) top with gunmetal legs. What I eventually received was more like a black granite top with mirrored steel legs. At the time I ordered it there was no mention on the website that there were color variations. I expected some variations of wood grain but nothing else. From the beginning there were shipping issues, that were resolved after 3 weeks of phone calls and a pervious bad review. After a formal complaint about the product, what I heard back was there were no physical defects in the table so I'm SOL. France and Sons and their source on this table are deceptive and shouldn't be advertising something that is so blatantly missleading

Review: I received a light fixture from this company on 2/**/15 - it arrived damaged. I promptly emailed them pictures of the damage and received no response. I then called and spoke to someone who asked me to re-send the images which I did and she said she would send me a Return label for the damaged light and would send me a new light immediately. After 2 weeks, I received nothing so I called again on 2/**/15. I was told then that the [redacted] claimed that I somehow sent fake pictures to them and refused to send me a new item or a Return packing slip. I told them this was ridiculous and the person I spoke to ([redacted]) agreed and confirmed again they would send me a new light and a Return label. Again, I waited and received nothing. On 3/*/15 I emailed again saying how disappointed I was and that now I just want to return the item and not receive a new one. I received an email back right away saying a label would be sent to me the next day. Yet again, I received nothing. On 3/**/14 I emailed and called again. Yet again I was apologized to and said no problem, label coming to you. Yet again, nothing. So finally on 3/**/15 I called again and spoke to [redacted] who gave me a RMA# and an address to return the item but again, no Return label. I decided to just incur the shipping expense myself and I sent the damaged item back to the company. Now they are claiming it's past the allowed return date and there's nothing they can do.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for this item and all shipping charges refunded as well.
