Review: went to Franchezka's unisex to have my hair dyed.the [redacted] assisted me I carefully explains how I wanted my hair to look and showed several pictures she told me it could be easily done it won't be a problem I asked her several times how much does it cost she wouldn't tell me.after 6 hours my hair was complete it was nothing like I wanted completely ruined and I'm embarrassed to walk the streets.I told her this isn't what I asked for and I need to be fixed and I'm not going to pay for her mistake after an hour of arguing she said fine and agreed to fix my hair .she got about halfway through and told me my hair was too badly damaged to fix her mistake after arguing with her I cannot go out with my hair now worse than what you originally did to me she reluctantly finished. 3 hours later my hair was done again still horribly wrong nothing what I asked for and she insisted I now pay for her mistake she charged me $40 additional to fix something she did after I had paid $250 to have done in the first place.after arguing I realize this conversation is going nowhere and pulled out my debit card to complete payment against my will she refused to take debit card stating she didn't want to use machinima pay taxes she's only willing to take cash for services.I once again told her my hair is not what I wanted she told me its so badly my stuff there's nothing she can do because of all the chemical processing my hair can't even be touched for 6 weeks.Desired Settlement: I would like the total of $290 I paid for my hair to be refunded as well as her to pay for me to go somewhere else and have my hair fixed to what should have been.the reason I feel like she should pay for it to be fixed is due to her mistake I now have to walk around what's horrible hair for six additional weeks.
